Mr. and Mrs. President

Jackie shook her head, "I don't know." She said with a sweet smile. She then "I am sure between the two of us, we will come up with something for both of us." She winked as she put a hand on her swollen bump. "I think I'm going to go with the Italian Dish."

Jack smiled at her nodding his head, "I believe I am going to do the same. Lasagna sounds wonderful right now." Jack took and smiled at her.

Jackie smiled, and then looked as the Waiter walked over to see if they were ready. Looking to Jack, she just smiled, allowing him to order for the both of them. Once the order was placed along with the Caesar salads, Jackie brought her attention back to her husband. She took a second to just admire him, saying absolutely nothing. She then sat up a little, taking a sip of her water. "What's on your mind?" She then asked as she moved her foot gently across up and down his leg.

Smiling at Jackie, Jack shook his head. "Just thinking about how lucky I am to have you as my wife, Jackie." Jack admitted to her.

Smiling at him, Jackie blushed a little. “Well I think I believe I’m really lucky to have you as my husband.” She commented as she sat there. She studied Jack’s face for a moment, seeing that even when he was stressed, he still looked composed. “Jack. I know this is a night for the two of us to enjoy our time together but I have to know something.” She looked him dead in the eyes. “I know Ashley was flirting with you, and you say it was nothing. But did you ever think for a second about making it something?” She asked.

Jack looked at her and shook his head. "No." Jack admitted honestly. "I did flirt back. But I know I was wrong. I couldn't betray you like that." Jack told her honestly. "I care more for you and Caroline than anyone on this earth could ever know about." Jack paused.

"I couldn't hurt someone, I care so deeply, and love. Like that. I am sorry I snapped. I am very sorry I flirted back with Ashley. But you're the one that I love with all my heart and soul." Jack told his wife leaning across and taking her hand into his as he held it. Stroking the top of it with his thumb.

Jackie blinked away her tears. "Jack, I love you so much.That means so much to me for me to hear that from you." She said as she held his hand. When the waiter came back with their food, Jackie smiled. "Oh goodie. I'm starving." She smiled.

Jack chuckled at her reaction to the food. "Let's eat darling." Jack smiled at his wife.

Jackie nodded. She then started eating, enjoying the delicious Lasagna Dish. This was such a good choice. “So Jack,” She said as she took a sip of her water. “How are you?” She asked. She felt like even thin they were married, this was a question she didn’t ask him enough - especially with him becoming President and about to become a Father again.

Jack looked up from his dish to his wife. Wiping his mouth he shrugged a little. "Honestly." Jack saw her nod. "I am nervous on becoming president. Even more nervous on being a dad again and a president." Jack told his wife. "I just want you and the baby to be safe during delivery." Jack told her. "How are you Jackie?" Jack asked, it was something he didn't ask his wife very much.

Jackie smiled a sincere smile when she heard Jack ask her how she was. They definitely needed to work on this, and this was a good starting point. “I’m a little nervous, too.” She admitted. “I mean we haven’t had the best of luck with our pregnancies...and this was has been almost perfect.” She expresses as she put a hand on the side of her belly. She sighed softly, “We’ve just got a lot going on at once, but I know we can get through it.”

"As long as we're together." Jack admitted smiling to his wife. "I know we can get through anything." Jack told her.

Jackie smiled, nodding in agreement with him. "I love you Jack Kennedy." She said as she held his hand. She rubbed her hand with her thumb as she held it. She continued to eat. When she was finished, she looked across the table to her husband. "Honey, that was so good." She smiled as she wiped her face and finished her water.

"Yes it was." Jack smiled at his wife. "Are you ready to head home honey?" Jack asked his wife.

Jackie nodded with a bright smile. "Yes, I would love to do that." She said. She slowly got up from the table, putting a hand on the lower part of her belly. "Oh I swear, this kid is getting heavy by the minute." She laughed lightly as she rubbed her belly.

Jack smiled slipping his arm around her waist. Smiling at her he walked slowly with her towards the exit, "It'll be a beautiful baby." Jack told his wife.

"Yes, a beautiful baby." Jackie smiled, walking out of the exit. She was glad that Jack held onto her. She was kind of exhausted today, and feeling his arms around her waist was just perfect. She nodded to the driver as he opened the door for them. Slowly getting into the car, Jackie laid in the back sit, rubbing the side of her belly. The baby was starting to kick a little more than earlier. "Hi little one." She mumbled.

"Is it being active?" Jack asked smiling at her.

“Yes THE BABY is being active.” She corrected him as her hand rubbed soothing circles around the area hat the baby kept kidding. Jackie had a little pet peeve when it came their unborn little one, and that was calling the baby it. Yes they didn’t know the gender of the baby, and they wouldn’t know until he or she was born; however, calling the baby, it, just didn’t seem to settle with her at all. She looked to Jack still seeing him smile at her, clearly amused by her actions and attitude towards the baby. She just blushed, thinking she had sounded more harsh than she meant to.

"I apologize." Jack smiled cupping her cheek. "Is the baby being active tonight?" Jack smiled. "The baby must have liked the food." Jack smiled kissing her lips softly.
