“So it’s true. It’s the fucking zombie apocalypse.” George snickered to himself.
“We’re survivirs. Yeess.” He said sarcastically.

“Thanks Jordon.”
She sat on the counter and took another drink.
“Guardian angel right here.” She snickered

Dylan and Jolie laughed. “For real.” Dylan said as they made it to the gas station.

“Go get the gas and anything else we might need. I’ll keep watch.” Jolie told them.

Jordon laughed. “That’s me.” He said and pulled out a cigarette.

George nodded and walked into the gas station.
“No ones here..” he whispered.

“Does this mean.. laws don’t apply?” He said grabbing a bag of chips and throwing it into his backpack.

He looked around.

“Alright, tools, food and non-electrical appliances,batteries flash lights. Those are the items we should be grabbing. We can grab Jorel and Danny tomorrow to get more.” He said grabbing more snacks.

“So.. did you have a girlfriend before.. all of this happen?” She asked.

George nodded and walked into the gas station.
“No ones here..” he whispered.

“Does this mean.. laws don’t apply?” He said grabbing a bag of chips and throwing it into his backpack.

He looked around.

“Sounds good.” Dylan said. He grabbed as much as they could along with some gas for the generator.

“Nah, I’ve been single about four years now.” Jordon said. “My last girl really fucked my life up.”

George shoved more things in his back pack and grabbed a bunch of tools as well.

He walked to the back of the store.

He found one gas can.

“Dope.” He said before going outside.

“Dylan finish up here, I’m grabbing gas.” He called out.

George snuck up on Jolie.

“I have a gas can... how the fuck do we pump this..” He said quietly.

“Oh how do?” She said taking another drink.

“If I may ask..” she continued

“You’ve never pumped your own gas before?” Jolie laughed, unscrewing the lid.

She grabbed the pump and put it in the gas can and pushed the button. “It’s automatic.”

“We we’re engaged and she cheated on me.” Jordon said. “I found her in bed with my ex best friend.” He shrugged.

George scoffed and pointed up and down at himself.

"Hello, Johnny 3 Tears here trying to inform Jolie that he is famous and doesn't need to fill his own gas." He said as an announcer.

Leo frowned.

"Well, she messed up big time. You seem like a pretty decent guy." She said with a smile.

"Anyone would be lucky to have someone like you..." She paused for a second.

"... Why the fuck would anyone cheat on someone famous? She's an idiot." She chuckled

Jolie rolled her eyes, “You’re not famous anymore honey. The world is dead.” She winked. “Better learn how to do things for yourself.”

"Excuuuuuuse me." George said like a princess and took the gas handle and began to hold it in the gas can.
"This i can do." He smirked.

Leo placed a hand on his.

"She's probably dead or a zombie now.. her time probably came." She giggled a bit trying to cheer him up.

Jolie rolled her eyes. “I figured Danny was the princess of the group but I guess I was wrong.” She smirked.

Jordon laughed, “probably.” He said as he got up and grabbed a bottle of water. “Or at least I hope.”

“Im a fucking queen.” George batted his eyes. The gas pump was finished.

“Alright, lets get Dylan and get the fuck out.” George said, going back into the store.

“Dyl, you ready?” He asked looking around for him

“I wonder how they’re doing..” she asked sighing. She walked over to the sliding glass back door and stared out. No birds.. no noise.. it was silent.

“Alright, lets get Dylan and get the fuck out.” George said, going back into the store.

“Dyl, you ready?” He asked looking around for him

Jordon joined her. “It’s so creepy. I knew there would always be an apocalypse, I just didn’t think I’d be around to see it.” He said.
