Sam laughed with the mention of it, because it didn't surprise him at all. There was a very obvious height difference between them, but he personally loved that, despite that, they fit together perfectly - she was perfect in his arms, against him, just near him in general, so he wouldn't change the actual physical height difference, ever. "You could always ask me to bend down," he teased lightly, sliding his arms back around her once she was back in position. "Or grab me and pull me down to your level. I wouldn't mind." He grinned teasingly and kissed the top of her head. "I like it when we're like this, too, though - not because of the height difference, but because we're just... Comfortable and relaxed and enjoying ourselves."

"Well, I doubt many kids would have put it together," Alice said with amusement as she ran her thumb over his cheek, though she perked up a bit with the mention of Tangled. They didn't have options like this in the bunker, it was usually just TV shows, unless they went out to buy movies and anything else they needed. And, as was true for most girls, Alice was a Disney lover at heart, despite the world around her. Part of her was actually sure that her love for Disney was more prominent now because of the world they lived in and what they did. "I'm completely up for singing along to Tangled and crushing on Flynn with you. We can fangirl over how dashing he is."

"Mm," Rosie made a small noise of agreement. "We're the perfect pair, hm?" She smiled softly, cupping his face within her hands, gently running her thumb across his cheek as she pressed her lips to his. Stretching her legs happily, Rosie tangled her limbs with Sam's, using her short-ness to her advantage. "Can I ask you something?" She propped herself up onto her arm, resting her weight on her elbow. "Do you ever think of how differently things could have turned out for us? Not just as a couple, but for us. Like, what if you'd never come back to hunting?" She avoided mentioning Sam's deceased girlfriend, Jessica, not wanting to rub salt in an old wound. Although she knew Sam wouldn't take offence from her. "And what if I had never gotten into it?" She frowned. "It seems weird to me that we would be two boring shmucks in dead end jobs." She looked down at Sam, moving his hair from his face with a delicate touch.

"Yeah, but now I know," Dean groaned. "That's just not acceptable. What if one day we have a little one running around and we decide to make them watch the Lion King? I wouldn't be able to get that fact out of my head." Dean pulled a bit of a face. "I don't want our children being corrupted." He let down his wall for a moment there, his secret longing for a normal life. "But yeah, let's get Tangled in." He grinned, kissing her a final time as they moved together to grab the DVD from the small compartment under the television. "By the way, Flynn is the hottest Disney dude. Mainly because he looks like me." Dean threw his best 'dashing' smile in an attempt to make Alice laugh. "Sometimes I wish I could live in a Disney movie, you know, without the villains."

"We are," Sam agreed with a small grin, taking her in for a moment, because he wholly believed it. She kept him balanced, kept him focused on the good things in life, despite all the bad things they'd all experienced. He rested down next to her, watching her, though his curiosity got caught with the new topic and he listened quietly. "I guess I have probably thought about it once or twice." He thought about it before propping himself up. "But, I don't know. I don't think I'd change this. If I had stayed in law school, I wouldn't have met you. And, we wouldn't have saved as many people as we have over the years." With the thought that he wouldn't have her in his life or not saving all those people they'd save, he was even more certain that he wouldn't change this. "It's a dangerous life and we've lost a lot of people, but I like our lives, I like having you in my life."

Alice's expression softened as she watched him, for a moment imagining what life would be life if they had a chance at that kind of normalcy, the chance to actually have a family together. A small smile formed on her lips, because she could imagine how reckless but adorable any child or children they'd have would be. "Well, we'll nix the Lion King movie from the list of movies our children would be able to watch," she hummed out with amusement, though she sat up, grinning as she watched him. She laughed, though, at the smile. "Well, that's pretty true. His hair is darker, though." She grinned teasingly. "Though I think a Disney movie life would be great, too. At least, once the bad guy is gone, it's a happily ever after."

Rosie nodded slowly, stopping for a moment to think about it. "Me too," she smiled, a genuine smile. "I mean, it's not an ideal life." She chuckled. "The amount of times I've beheaded a vampire is one too many, and the fact I know an exorcism by heart is kind of surreal." She laughed at that. "But I think that if I didn't have you by my side, I would've retired a long time ago. I gotta keep you on that straight and narrow, you know?" She pinched his cheek playfully before lowering herself back to the mattress, getting into a comfortable position on her side so she was facing Sam. "My Mom always used to say that you would change everything if you met the right person, I guess she was right." She chuckled, looking at Sam, who stayed propped up for a second. "I mean, how can I not when my man looks like a literal Greek God?" She smirked.

Dean smiled as he took a second to think of any children he and Alice would have together, and which qualities from him or her they would possess. "Man, if we had kids, they'd have to have your stubbornness." Dean grinned. "My attitude, your sass. My eyes, your smile." Dean grinned at the thought. "And they're never, ever, going to watch the Lion King." Dean sat at the edge of the bed, popping the DVD into the correct machine, and pressing play. "Hey, my hair is just as fabulous." Dean defended, opening his arms as an invitation for Alice as he got himself comfortable, his back propped up against the headboard. "But like, imagine being able to talk to animals. It would make those dogs we're planning on getting so much cooler." He laughed, examining Alice's beautiful face, wanting to ease her mind of the next day's case.

Sam nodded along to her words. "In that case, I'm glad you didn't retire before we met," he said with amusement, though his words were genuine. If she had, they definitely wouldn't have gotten to meet. Or maybe they would have - but, since they would never know for sure, he definitely didn't like the idea of it being a possibility that they wouldn't have ever met. "Having you there to keep me going makes things easier, for me. I can't imagine what my life would be like without you at this point - I don't even want to imagine it." He chuckled, though. "Greek God, huh?" He grinned and leaned to kiss her forehead. "I guess that makes you my Goddess."

"They'd be perfect," Alice chimed with a broad grin, though she tried not to entertain the idea too much. At the same time, though, she couldn't help but want that for them, a family together, the chance to raise that family. Even with how insane their lives were, the thought of building a family with Dean felt like a precious dream. "Oh, your hair is definitely just as fabulous. Our kids should get your hair, in that case." A quiet laugh bubbled past her lips but she shifted, moving over to curl into his arms. "Talking to animals would be pretty awesome. Teaching them to sing along to Disney songs would be hilarious."

"Sam, that punch in the neck is still available." Rosie warned jokingly, pulling him down to her level by the material of his t-shirt, kissing him. "You need your rest for tomorrow." She kissed him again, making sure he landed on the pillow. She pulled away from him to pull the blanket further up their bodies, stifling a yawn. "But yes, you are a Greek God, and every lady out there that lusts after you has to accept the fact that you, and that amazing body of yours, belong to me." She smirked, pulling her hair from the messy bun it was in because it had dried since her shower. Shaking her hair, Rosie fell back onto her pillow, getting comfortable. "Come here, you dork."

"They would be perfect." Dean grinned, but sensing the change in her body language, Dean moved on from the subject fairly quickly, but Dean hoped that Alice knew that it was a dream they both shared, a dream they both longed for, despite Dean's refusal to say it out loud to avoid looking 'weak'. Dean pulled Alice closer to him as she entered his warm embrace. "I need this great dane in my life." Dean murmured into her hair. "Then he can toilet train himself because he could tell us when he needs to go whizz." Dean laughed at the image in his head. "But then he'd give you company if I was ever out of the bunker." Dean turned serious for a moment, but tried to silence himself during the film's introductory scene about the magic flower with healing abilities.

"To be fair, you started it," Sam said with amusement, murmuring the words over her lips with a grin. When she pulled away, he settled down, wrapping his arms around her to pull her to himself, shouldering the blanket even further up them for her, and rubbed her back. "I'd happily belong to you, so long as I get you all to myself in return." He grinned teasingly and kissed the top of her forehead, running his fingers through her hair once it was released from the bun. "I'm sure that I'd probably get challenged by other Greek Gods, all hoping to win your favor, though." He laughed with the thought, pressing his forehead to hers. "And, I wouldn't let them near you."

Alice grinned slightly, settling against him as her gaze went to the TV. "I'm sure that great dane would give you a run for your money," she hummed out, "Have you ever seen that painting where the dogs are playing poker? Imagine a great dane challenging you to a game and you just completely lose to it - I'd definitely never let you live that down." She laughed with the thought, imagining the dog pulling a complete poker face the whole game and even taunting Dean. It seemed completely ridiculous but hilarious all the same. Smiling to his later words, she peered up at him for a moment, watching him for a moment. "Would it get to cuddle with me through the night?" she joked.

Rosie beamed, loving it when Sam was protective and possessive over her. "You wouldn't need to fight them, you know I'm all yours, always." She murmured, her body fitting perfectly against his. She wrapped an arm around his middle, staying silent for a moment to listen to his heartbeat. She had always found it reassuring, knowing he was alive, especially after all the times she'd lost him. She gripped a little tighter to the material of his shirt after that thought crossed her mind. She sighed in content, smiling to herself. Sure, their life wasn't amazing. It wasn't glamorous. But she'd considered it a miracle that she and Sam had found each other in the first place, and that was what made life worth living in the first place. "You're so warm." She murmured, although with how close she was to him, she was muffled. Her voice was groggy, telling Sam she was ready to fall asleep, no matter how much she hated the whole idea of sleep, because even in dreams, she still missed Sam.

Dean stuck out his lower lip in false offense, but laughed as she mentioned the painting. "Oh my God, if a dog ever outsmarted me in that way, it's going back to the shelter." He laughed. "Sam and I are basically pros at poker face, imagine how much of a blow it'd be to lose to a dog." He chuckled, stroking through Alice's hair. "Nah, it can sleep under the table in the bunker's war room, that place is always warm, so it's pretty snug. We can put the dog bowls under the staircase so he wouldn't get thirsty, and then we could take him for walks and give him a pretty awesome chew toy." Dean nodded as he spoke, confirming everything to himself. "But the cuddling? That's all mine, no one else is allowed to touch you. I'd break them, and their hands, if they tried." Dean smiled down at her, kissing her forehead as Mother Gothel kidnapped baby Rapunzel. "Aw man, what a bitch." Dean murmured, not realising he was saying those words out loud.

Sam smiled with the mention of it, happy to hear it, even happier to know that it was true. They'd been through so many ups and downs, and she'd been right there for him. He was sure that he wouldn't lose her to somebody else trying to gain her affections. Leaning down, he pressed a tender kiss to her lips. "And I'll always be yours," he assured her quietly in return, running his fingers through her hair a moment more before he settled down, relaxing. Hearing how groggy her voice sounded, he fell silent, not wanting to disturb her further, figuring she needed her rest - they all did.

"If you took Hamburger to the shelter, I'd just go get him back," Alice hummed out happily, leaning into his touch, her eyes closing over. The more she relaxed, the more she could feel the day catching up with her - the boredom before they found the case, the ride there, the great dinner they'd had, and topping it off with a lazy night in bed with the man she loved just made it too easy to feel the exhaustion growing. Yawning, she smiled tiredly and rolled her eyes. "Of course you would," she murmured teasingly, curling into him, resting her head on his chest, "Mother Gothel sucks." It was the most she could manage with her getting closer to drifting off.

Dean chuckled. "Yes she does." he yawned himself, settling down for the night and staying silent, allowing Alice to get her rest. "I love you." He murmured, his own eyes becoming heavy as Tangled went on unnoticed.

Rosie was awoken the next morning by the sunlight pouring in through the window. Stretching her limbs and looking at the cheap clock on the bedside table, she had to hold back a groan as she saw 08:22 in a sickly, neon green. Looking to Sam, who was still sleeping soundly, she leaned down, gently brushing his hair from his face. She smiled, kissing his forehead gently, then the tip of his nose, and finally, his lips. "Morning, Sammy. Time to get ghostbustin'." She got up off the bed, balancing herself on her tip toes as she stretched her arms over her head. Grabbing her toothbrush and typical FBI agent outfit of a plain black skirt, a suit jacket and a white shirt and black tie, she disappeared into the bathroom, softly closing the door behind her.

Dean was awoken by the sound of the alarm clock on his phone. "Dammit," he yawned, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. By his side, Alice remained, undisturbed by his movements. "Alice," he whispered, not wanting to wake her up too suddenly, remembering the last time he tried. "Al, you awake, honey?" He used the quiet opportunity to stretch out his limbs, but Alice's warmth from beside him was too inviting, and he didn't want to get up quite yet. "We got some asses to kick." He grinned. "Questions to ask, mysteries to solve - like Scooby Doo." He looked at the television and saw Tangled was on the options menu, and he cursed to himself, having missed the best part of the lost princess returning to her kingdom.

Sam gave a noise when he felt Rosie's lips against his own, the feeling causing him to wake, and he opened his eyes to watch her. Seeing her getting up and stretching, he smiled to himself before he sat up, ruffling his own hair a bit. "Morning," he called to her as he watched her gather her things and go to the bathroom. Climbing off the bed himself, he went ahead to gather his own clothes and set his toothbrush aside, before he started getting changed for the day. Once he was dressed, he straightened out his clothes and grabbed his fake FBI badge, slipping it into his pocket, looking to the door as he waited for her to come out so he could finish his morning ritual. "Hopefully, we'll figure some things out today," he called out to Rosie, straightening his tie a bit. "And we can find out what happened to those hunters, and figure out what we're dealing with." Or get some kind of clue.

Alice stirred slightly at first with hearing Dean's voice and, the more he talked, the more she could feel herself waking, her eyes eventually blinking to peer up at him. With a quiet yawn of her own, she stretched out a bit and nodded. "Yeah, yeah, I'm awake," she murmured with a small, tired nod before she shifted a bit, pushing herself to sit up as she ran a hand through her hair. Peering down at him, she leaned to press a kiss to his cheek. "Good morning, by the way. Guess we should start getting ready to get to work on this case." It was going to be a long day, she was sure, but she was hoping that it would at least serve to actually give them some kind of information on the case. Climbing off the bed, she grabbed her things, rubbing at her eyes to try to wake herself up more as she headed to the bathroom.

"Morning babe!" Rosie called out from the bathroom, rinsing her mouth with mouthwash before spitting into the sink. Getting changed into her FBI outfit, Rosie smoothed out her skirt and tied her hair up into a ponytail, looking professional as possible. Retreating from the bathroom to grab her conservative heels, Rosie slipped them on and approached Sam, straightening out his tie before reaching to their bag to grab her own fake FBI badge. "I just hope we can get some answers that make sense." She murmured. "And find some leads. That, you know, actually lead us somewhere." She laughed, grabbing her makeup bag and digging through for her lipstick and mascara.

"Good morning, sleepyhead." Dean grinned, sitting up. Grabbing his FBI suit and fake badge from his bag, changing without a care in the world. Dancing around to get his trousers on, Dean stopped by the mirror and peered in, deciding his stubble didn't need trimming this time around. "I can't wait to get some facts about this case, see what we can really find. There's gotta be something else that the others missed." Dean said, knowing that Alice would be able to hear him. Doing up his belt, Dean focused on his tie, never tying it quite right. "Remember that you and Rosie are meeting us back here for one pm, sharp. Call me if you're running late." Dean warned, half jokingly, but knowing that Alice would always do anything to ease his worry for her.

Sam smiled slightly as he watched her, taking her in. He stood up straight while she fixed his tie, though his gaze followed her as she walked away. "I'm sure we'll figure out something," he assured her with a small nod. They had to. There weren't really any other options besides them at this point. And, if they didn't figure out, who knew what would happen? But, what worried him most was that there were so many unknowns in this case and they didn't really have anything to go on besides what happened in the cases of the victims - when it came to what happened to the hunters, they were at a loss. "The sooner we figure this all out, the better. With all of us working on this together, though, I'm sure that we have the highest chance of putting the pieces together."

Alice could hear the movement in the other room and she couldn't help but to laugh to herself as she focused on brushing her teeth. Once she finished and spat out the toothpaste, she focused on getting changed and pulled her hair back into a neat, tight bun. Making her way out, she went to get her shoes, but paused when she saw the state Dean's tie was in. "Or maybe they didn't miss it but they couldn't tell anybody before whatever happened to them happened," she offered up as she made her way over. Undoing his tie, she focused on fixing it properly, though she offered a smile up to him. "Of course." Nodding, she finished the tie, and watched him for a moment. "Just make sure you do the same, okay?"

"Exactly, the four of us are pretty damn good at our jobs." Rosie applied her lipstick almost professionally, puckering up to Sam jokingly. "I think it sounds similar to a Djinn case, but I can't quite put my finger on the hunters going missing." She sighed, trying not to linger on all the things that could go right or wrong within the case. "I gotta say, when we're in these clothes, it makes me feel like I'm in some sort of Mr and Mrs Spy movie." She chuckled as she applied her mascara.

"Of course I will." Dean promised, cupping her face into his hands and kissing her forehead. "I love you." Dean told her seriously, making sure she was aware. He always told her this before a mildly dangerous case, but he wanted her to commit those words to memory, commit him to memory. "Alright, are we ready to go get Sam and Rosie and walk to Baby? We'll drop you off at the first victim's house, his name was James Donahue." Dean prepped her on all the information she needed. "Do you have your badge?"

Sam smiled and nodded his agreement. "And we don't give up on our cases, so there's that to work on our favor, too," he admitted as he watched her, "Maybe Dean's right about assuming that they're in an abandoned building. If a Djinn has them, it would have them in a secluded place that nobody would pay much attention to, where it could do whatever it wanted." He shrugged slightly. "And, if it is a Djinn, at least we know what to do." At least they had that knowledge tucked away in each of them. He just hoped that it was as simple as that. Hearing her later words, though, he chuckled. "Like Mr. and Mrs. Smith?" He arched a brow, amused with the idea. "I kind of like that imagery."

Alice leaned into his touch as she nodded slightly. "I love you, too, Dean," she reminded quietly, lifting her gaze to watch him for a few moments. She examined his face for a few moments, almost mentally mapping it out, focusing intently on the way it felt to be close to him and the sound of his voice. "No, uh, not ready yet." Grinning sheepishly, she kissed his cheek before pulling away to grab her heels and slipped them on. She grabbed her badge and slipped it into her blazer before she went to deal with her makeup, making sure to keep it subtle. "But, yeah, the badge is in my pocket now, don't worry." She grinned over at him, but looked to the mirror as she focused.

"Exactly, so after we've done our one pm meet up, I'm going to see if I can spot anything remotely suspicious," Rosie packed away her makeup. "Warehouses, farm buildings, deralict houses." She counted these off one by one with her fingers. "But something's telling me it's bigger than a Djinn." She paced around the room unknowingly as she put her spare hair tie around her wrist. She looked at Sam with an amused expression, laughing as she approached him, pretending to be as sultry as she could be. "I like that too, but Winchester is a way cooler name than Smith."

"Good, we need to be as on top of this as we can be," Dean had turned into 'serious hunter' mode in less than two minutes, and sometimes he shocked himself at how much like his father he sounded like. Dean looked at the time on his phone, smiling at the background of him and Alice together, both smiling widely. Dean gently ran his thumb across the screen, exhaling heavily. Cases like this were never easy, but knowing that Alice and Rosie were going to be three miles away from Sam and Dean, the older Winchester brother couldn't help but worry, despite the fact that Alice was more than capable of looking after herself.

Sam listened to her quietly, running over each of the ideas on her list, and nodded. "Right, those would be good places to start once we meet up," he assured, figuring that they were more likely to be used by a Djinn than places that were obvious and attention-grabbing. For a moment, he tried not to think about the possibility that it could be something other than a Djinn, or something other than anything they'd faced before. It left a sinking, concerned feeling in his gut, and he watched Rosie with concern. The more he thought about this case, the worst he felt overall, and the more worried he got about Rosie ending up in danger. Still, he forced a smile and nodded. "I guess I can agree there. It seems a little obvious for spies, though."

"And, we will be," Alice assured him as she finished getting ready, though she peered over at him. Seeing him staring at his phone, her expression softened with concern and she made her way over, leaning a bit to see what he was looking at. When she spotted the background, her gaze went up to Dean and she shifted, cupping his face. "Hey, we'll be okay," she told him quietly. While she wasn't sure if that would actually be the case or not, she didn't want him to overly worry about anything - it would only serve as a distraction and she didn't want him to be distracted when they were on cases like this, separating.

Rosie looked at Sam, knowing instantly he was worrying. "Hey, look at me." She leant down in front of him, cupping his face. "We - you, me, Alice, Dean, - we're going to be just fine." She offered him her pinky. For the whole time Sam and Rosie had been together, they had always used pinky promises as a legitimate source of trust. "We bounce back in the end, no matter what we do." She brought him down to her level, kissing him softly. "I love you. Chin up, babe."

Dean nodded. "I know, I trust you. You can hold your own, I'm not worried." That was the most obvious lie that Dean had ever told. He pressed a kiss to her lips, surrendering to the moment completely. "Anyway, are we ready to go and get the lovebirds and go and get that gorgeous car of mine?" Dean grinned as he grabbed Baby's set of keys, twirling them around his fingers, appearing confident. "I wanna get this done as fast as we can."

Sam leaned into her touch, watching her, carving the feeling of her hands to memory. "Right... You're absolutely right," he agreed quietly, though he wasn't sure he really believed it. He could really only hope so, though. "I love you, too," he told her gently, kissing her once more as he cupped her face, wanting to carve it into his memory as well. When he pulled back, he pressed his forehead to hers, watching her. "I guess we should get this over with, huh?"

Alice smiled with the feeling, relishing in it for the moment that it lasted, before she nodded to his question. "Yeah, I think we're all set," she decided quietly, straightening her suit out before she led the way to the door. "Don't rush anything. Make sure you ask the cops and coroner every question that would matter for all of this. We have until one to get everything we can about all of this, so... We should be diligent about it."

“We should,” Rosie confirmed. “That way, we can get back to the bunker, cuddle, and watch those documentaries you love.” She lingered in his embrace for a moment, before stroking her fingers through his hair for the final time before the case began, closing her eyes as she just let their bond do the talking. “Mr Winchester, are you ready?”

“We’ll look under every rock, I promise.” Dean opened the door for Alice, letting her exit the room first before he locked the door. Walking to Sam and Rosie’s room, Dean knocked the door twice to let the pair know it was him. Dean offered his hand to Alice; wanting to hold her for as long as he could. For the first time in a long time, Dean Winchester was nervous, and he couldn’t shake off the feeling that this case wasn’t going to end well.
