Ben watched her and shook his head, "Yes you are!" He repeated frowning as she said and shook his head and ran a hand through his messy hair and said, "You always do this. I've thought of you quitting, but I'd never ask you, never in a million years. If you can't see that then I don't understand!" He said angrily pushing hair out of his face impatiently.

He heard her scream and blinked completely shocked that he was hurting her. He sighed letting go gently and murmured, "Be still." He bent down and started to pick up the glass, making sure he got all of it. To make sure, he picked her up and set her on the table before sweeping the floor where she was. "There." He murmured before turning back to. "I didn't mean to hurt you, Rem, I'm sorry." He told her before taking her arm and the place he had hurt and kissing it. "Even if you don't get my problem with it, please don't just assume that it's not necessary." He told her tiredly.

Claire nodded and said, "That's all you had to asy, then." She snuggled into him this time, beginning to relax and wincing at the back of her head, raising her hand to feel the new bump that was arising. She wiped at her face again not understanding why she couldn't stop crying.

Feeling Winston licking her face, she bubbled out a laugh sucking in air as she did so. She nodded and murmured, "Then talk about it, instead of jumping to conclusions next time, please." She told him looking up the last of her tears falling down her face and wiping it away. She leaned her head back on his chest and gently stroked Winston's fur as she did so. She snuffed once more and mumbled, "I'm sorry for screaming first." She knew if she apologized, chances were that he would. She just wanted the argument to end.

Remy, watched him in shock, her mouth moved to form words, but no sound came out. This was the angriest she had ever seen Ben, and it terrified her. She couldn't even speak. He didn't seem to mean to hurt her, but he really had. She pulled her knees to her chest and she sat on the kitchen table, tucking her chin in between the little gap. She watched him silently as he picked up the glass, waiting for him to finish before speaking.,

"Ben... it's not that big of a dea.l I'm sorry" she whispered, her voice cracking. She still didn't agree with anything he had said, but she just wanted this to end. "I'll ask home to stop calling me outside of work." She suggested gently, glancing up at him unable to lock eyes with him.
"I should go finished that article" she whispered, beginning to shimmy herself off of the table.

Aidan ran his fingers through her hair gently in a repetitive motion " sash let's just leave it behind us" he told her, closing his eyes as he lent his forehead against her shoulder.

He sighed and kissed her head, nodding slowly. "I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions." He admitted and gave her knee a reassuring squeeze and pulled her in to his lap. "God I just love you so much, I'd die if anything happened to you" he mumbled in to her hair, pulling her as close in to her chest as he possibly could, watching the re-run of friends that was playing in silence in the background.

Ben could see she was terrified and wanted to make her feel better and sighed when he saw her pull her knees to her chest. He frowned once more and sighed and listened to her words before saying, "It's fine." He murmured. He watched her and stopped her before she could get off of the table and then looked at her and kissed her lips softly. "I'm sorry, Remy." He told her looking her in the eyes while he did so not wanting her to think anything less of him.

He sighed before letting her go and murmured, "I'm so sorry." He promised her. "I'll leave for a bit if you want me to?" He asked her not wanting to make her any more uncomfortable than he had. He ran a hand throughout his hair before sighing softly and sitting down at the bar beside her, waiting for her to say.

Claire nodded and said, "Alright." She heard his words and sighed when he apologized finally feeling better about the whole thing. "Poor Winston." She murmured seeing him. "We scared him half to death." She mumbled.

She felt him pull her into his lap and looked and hugged him tightly snuggling closely before saying, "I love you too." She replied cuddling closely. She saw the show and just cuddled with him. She then pulled away slowly and leaned up and kissed him gently before pulling back and looking at him. She pushed a stray hair away looking at his face gently.

Remy's lips did not move as he kissed, she just stared, fixated on the spilled wine on the floor. Everything she has ever learned growing g up told her to pack a bag and walk out, but she loved him too much. The thought of leaving him was too much for her to handle. He was one of the only people in this city she fully trusted, if she walked out she would have to return home to her parents. That was a reality she simply could not face.

She shook her head, still not looking at him. "Don't leave, please. I'm just going to go work on my article okay?" she stood up and walked around the puddle on the floor and silently made her way to her office, shutting the door completely behind her. The three hours that followed hadher sitting on the floor crying for a while, falling in to deep pits of contemplation and finally finishing her article.

After taking a few deep breaths, she opened her office door and plodded into the living room. Silently she took a seat next to Ben and curled up in to a little ball, her head on his lap.

Aidan smiled softly as his purple haired beauty accepted his apology, and gently patted the pugs head. "may ewe should let him sleep in our room tonight?" he suggested "He's probably spooked, he'll just keep us up howling otherwise".

She held both of them close to him, patting the dogs head and gently playing with his girlfriends hair, making sure both of them felt more calm and protected than earlier. As Claire sat up and brushed hair out of his face, he smiles at her groggily, his eyes beginning to fell heavy. "everything okay sweetheart?" Aidan asked gently, his hand moving to cup her cheek, taking in every inch of her beautiful face.

Ben watched her feeling like a complete creep for the way he had treated her. He sighed before he nodded hearing her words and said, "Alright." He watched her leave before bending down nad beginning to clean up the mess and then fixed her another plate and another glass and put it into her room before closing the door again.

Once he was done, he headed into the room again and got his food. He then started to eat before finishing and cleaning up his things. Soon enough, he was back on the couch watching television. He looked up seeing Remy and sighed before kissing her temple and letting his fingers run into her hair gently. "I'm sorry." He whispered to her.

Claire nodded in agreement. "Yes, he never gets to sleep with us anymore." She told him while rubbing Winston's head and playing with his soft ears. She loved how soft their pet was and the fact that he loved both of them. She enjoyed knowing that if Aidan wasn't home, she was able to come home to Winston.

Claire relaxed against him completely and smiled softly seeing he was groggy. "I'm fine." She murmured feeling him touch her cheek. "I love you." She whispered and kissed him before standing up and offering him her hands. "Come on. Let's shower and then head to bed. You look exhausted." She murmured kissing him again and leading him towards their master bathroom. Once there, she turned the water on and started to strip from her clothing. Soon, she got into the shower and felt far more relaxed feeling the warm water hit her skin.

Remy's nodded in his lap, feeling a large lump forming at the back of her throat. She say back up straight, taking both of his hands in hers and looking him straight in the eye. "Please never do that to me again.." she said gently, a pleading look in her eye. "I lost you in there, that wasn't the man I love. You were like a different person" she whispered, squeezing his hands fight as her lip quivered slightly.

"Je t'aime plus que les mots peuvent décrire" (I love you more than words can decribe) she told him, leaning forward to kiss him and give him a tight hug.

He smiled at his wonderful girlfriend, gently taking her hands and letting her lead him to their room. He whistled for Winston to follow and shit of the lights as he went.

Once Inside he patted the bed to let Winston know he could get up on it. The little dog wagged his tail excitedly before hopping up and settling in. Aidan then followed Claire in to the bathroom. He stripped off his clothes and shoved them in the hamper before following her into the stream of water, delicate kissing her shoulder. "pass me the soap, I'll scrub your back" he said, pulling her close and gently rubbing the water over her body.

Ben sighed looking down at her and holding her hands in his, kissing them both before murmuring, "I didn't mean to." He whispered and sighed looking at her and nodded and kissed her lips gently not wanting her to look as if she were frightened of him anymore. He couldn't stand the fact that she was terrified of him. It didn't make sense to him. He gave her a smile and said, "I love you too." He replied kissing her back deeply and hugging her back.

He picked her up in his arms and headed bcak to their bedroom. He laid her down on the bed before crawling in beside her and bringing ehr closer. He kissed her deeply, letting his hands run down to her waist.

Claire smiled softly and was glad when he followed her. She didn't want to fight with him anymore. She didn't even want to think about how it could have gone so much worse. Sometimes he hit her, but she didn't want think anout that right now.

She smiled softly feeling him kiss her shoulder and said, "Thank you." She then grabbed the soap gently and handed it to him before feeling him rubbing it over her body. She relaxed letting her body lean against his her head tilting to the side as she did so. She loved when he took showers with her. Her mind suddenly wondered if he was going to try make up sex with her. She didn't know, and didn't want to assume so she just showered normally kissing his cheek after he had kissed her shoulder. She pushed away her violet hair to turn her green eyes to look at him.

She nodded, it was the first time he had ever done something like this to her, so she accepted that it must have been an accident.

Remy giggled as he picked her up in his arms, carrying her to the bedroom. The petite French girl pushed herself close to him, kissing him back passionately. "I'm sorry for getting mad too" she apologised he tly against his lips.

Ben laughed hearing her giggled and was glad that she wasn't angry anymore. He didn't want to fight with her -- it was the last thing he ever wanted to do. He loved her more than he could describe. He smiled and nodded hearing her words. "Let's put it behind us then." He murmured before continuing to kiss her, raising his hand to touch her cheek as he did so.

He pushed away her hair as he did so, letting his other hand go to her waist as he held her close.

Ben groaned softly feeling himself inside of her, but couldn't help but notice that he didnt hear her and looked down in time to feel her push at him and listen to her words. Feeling her clench made him groan louder, but he grabbed her trying to pull out. Hearing her begin to panic and tears rolling down her face, he managed to get out of her and whispered, "What's wrong?" He looked down at her, not touching her but watching her.

His face was full of concern and he was panting. He frowned before sitting on the bed beside her looking down. "Do you need anything?" He asked her softly.

Claire felt him begin to kiss up her stomach and up to her neck and laughed nodding. "I was surprised. Very happily." She told him kissing him back happily and smiled at him watching as he turned off the shower. She wrung her hair out before getting out out of the shower. Once she was out of the shower, she felt a towel go around her and squealed when she was picked up bridal style and giggled feeling him carrying her to the bed.

She giggled when she was on the bed and smiled at him kissing him again. "Mmm." She murmured watching him gently, as she let her hand trail to his face gently tracing the bone structure of his face. She hummed softly glad that they hadn't fought too badly earlier. She loved him so much.

Remy pulled her knees to her chest and sat straight up in the bed. "I'm really sorry Ben.. I just can't. Not tonight" she whispered softly into the darkness, closing her eyes and leaning her head against the headboard.

"I can't get earlier out of my mind" she admitted, keeping her eyes closed not wanting to see his reaction. "I don't think you meant to Ben, but there was this look on your face as if... well as if you wanted to hurt me more than you did."

Aidan smiled happily into her face as she gently traced his with her hand. He kissed her gently before pulling her into his lap, her back against his torso.

Aidan slowly began to massage her back, starting from the bottom and working his way up to her shouldersz eventually he just rested him head on her shoulder, eyes closed. "You are my everything Claire"

Ben watched her gently before listening to her words before sighing softly and nodded. "Alright. I can't force you." He replied before watching her gently wanting to touch her but not knowing how she would react at all.

He nodded gently before waiting for her and touched her cheek gently and murmured, "I wouldn't hurt you on purpose, not like that. I didn't mean to." He told her. "When you told me I was hurting you, I immediately let you go." He promised her kissing her head softly before leaning back watching her again.

Claire wathed him and laughed softly while she watched him and kissed her again feeling his arms go around her and laughed again once he had pulled her into his lap. "You're amazing." She murmured to him happily.

She felt him beginning to massage her back and sighed softly as she felt him do so and murmured, "You're sweet." She murmured before leaning against him gently and smiling gently and said, "I love you, Aidan." She promised not being able to kiss him, and just let her body relax against his and sighed softly before just letting her body lean against his. She moved her hair gently away from her face making sure it didn't fall onto Aidan.
