Niko smirked as he pulled away slowly as he looked at her. He kissed her deeply then slid his hands behind her and untied her bikini top.

Mina smiled, "Well i hope so." She teased him. She kissed his cheek then wrapped her arms around her waist. She watched the show, feeling his arms around her.

Kirby wru g her hands together in the back of the car as she looked over at Niko. She smoothed out the silk of her dress and nibbled on her lip. "I shouldn't have come.." she mumbled.

Jace smiled as he watched Mina walk over towards him. "You look good" he told her,wrapping an arm around her waist as he let her lead him in to the party.

Mina smiled when she seen Jace. She walked over to him and felt his arm around her. "Thanks." She said before she kissed him. "Come on I want you to meet some people." She said. She took his hand and led him over to some of her friends, introducing him.

Niko looked at Kirby, "It will be fine." He assured her. He got out and took her hand. He walked inside, amazed at the party at first. It was pretty impressive. He walked with her, hearing the music filling the house.

Jace chatted with Mina's friends happily, his eyes faltering g slightly as he saw a flash of blue walk through the door. His jaw tensed as he focused on Mina's friends, gripping her tighter against them.

Kirby grabbed Niko's hand tightly as they made their way through the party. She smiled kindly at everybody, saying hello as they passed. Of course nobody else knew about how tense it was between the two, and Kirby supposed it was better to keep it that way.

Mina felt him pull her closer, "What's wrong?" She asked him, feeling how tense he was. She glanced over, noticing Niko and Kirby. She rolled her eyes slightly, "Come on." She said, taking his hand. She let him to her kitchen and got another drink and some food. "So she can be a dick away from here but now she wants to attend my party?" She asked, annoyed. She sighed as she offered Jace some food.

Niko got them drinks then walked with her. He sighed as he noticed Jace, look at them. He watched as he took Mina to the kitchen. "Well is this party everything you dreamed it would be?" He teased Kirby.

Jace sighed and took some of the food "I didn't think they would actually show up" he said with a sigh, shoving the canape in to his mouth. "Want me to get rid of them?" He offered.

Kirby took the drink, taking a large sip. She smiled as several people congratulated them, and held out her ring smiling. "Yeah obviously" she said sarcasticlly, knocking back the remainder of her drink.

Mina looked at him, "No, let them stay. She clearly is just trying to bother me." She said. She stood with him and ate with him. She finished her drink then got another and walked with him back to the party.

Niko smirked as he watched Kirby, "I mean it is a pretty good party." He told her. Even if it was Mina's it was still fun. he took a sip of his beer and smirked.

Jace followed her back put, ignoring his bandmate and Kirby and continuing to mingle with people. "Yeah the new album is coming along great, should hopefully have it out by the summer!" Jace told one of the various producers at the party, holding Mina close.

Kirby was loving all of the attention she was getting over the Engagement, showing off her ring and talking about how excited she was to start planning. She could feel her phone buzzing in her purse and pulled it out, seeing photos of her and Niko entering the party, with headlines constantly bringing up Mina beating her to number one. She ndoticed Niko watching her and plastered a smile on her face. "Just my mom, another drink?"

Mina listened to Jace talking to some of the producers. "You know I would love to work with you on some music." The one guy told Jace. "Maybe we can do something with You and Mina." He suggested.

Mina looked at Jace, "That sounds fun." She said, continuing to talk to the producer.

Niko nodded, "Yea sure." He said, letting her take his drink. He could tell she seemed upset still. He took once of the appetizers from a plate that passed him and popped it in his mouth. "Fuck that is good." He muttered.

Mina walked away from Jace and found Niko alone. "Enjoying my party?" She asked him, handing him a glass of champagne. "Im glad you came. Jace missed you." She said.

Niko nodded, "Yea the party is nice. He dont seem to miss me too much." He said.

Mina laughed a little, "Of course he does." She said, touching his arm in a friendly way. "Try these." She said, taking two of the stuff shrimp from a waiter that passed. She offered him one then ate hers. Part of her was being nice but the other part of her knew it would bug kirby to see her with Niko.

Jace nodded along "yeah, I mean I would have to check it out with the band and that, but that could be cool!" He said, taking the producers number.

His eyes followed Mina as she walked away from him, and he sighed softly as he saw her talking to Niko. He waited for her to return slowly sipping at his drink. "What was that about?" He asked.

Kirby came back with the drinks, frowning as she saw Mina handing one to Niko. She hung back, downing the drink that was meant for Niko as she waited for Mina to leave. She could feel the anger growing in her stomach as she saw Mina glance over at her, a sly smirk on her face.

Kirby just kept her fists clenched until she walked away and quickly made her way over to Niko. "Why were you being nice to her?" She demanded

Mina looked at jace, "I was just being nice. " She said, "I know you miss hanging out with him so i figured i would try to get him to not hate me." She teased.

Niko frowned as Kirby asked why he was being nice to Mina. "I was being civil. She was just asking if i was having a good time and talking about Jace." He explained. "Why are you so mad?" He asked.

Jace smiled at him "there's no need for you to do that babe, me and him can work things out ourselves" he told her, wrapping and arm around her and pulling her close. "You'll just upset Kirby talking to him" he commented.

Kirby sipped at her drink, looking up at him. "I'm not mad.. I just don't want you being all pally with her, she's a bitch" Kirby said with a hiccup. "All she's done is stab me in the back, she was supposed to be my friend"

Mina sighed, "I was just being nice. Ignoring them would only make things worse. It will be okay." She said as she hugged him. She looked up at him then kissed him.

Niko sighed, "Babe, i was just talking. Its not like i asked her to hang out. It is her party she was probably just trying to make things look good." He explained.

Jace kissed her back happily, continuing to socialise around the party, happy to have Mina on his side. It was nearing midnight and he could feel the buzz beginning to grow in the air.

Kirby frowned slightly "I just... I feel like she was just trying to wind me up.. she kept looking over at me" she told him, slipping her hand in to his.

Mina smiled as she drank with Jace as it got closer to midnight. She smiled as it became midnight and kissed him, feeling his fingers move through her hair.

Niko took her hand, "Babe im sure she just happened to look at you. Relax." he said. As the night went on he became very aware of how much Kirby was drinking. "Hey babe maybe you should slow down." He said.

Jace smiled, hearing the fireworks begin to go off outside. "Happy New year Mina" he whispered against her lips l, leading her outside to watch the display.

Kirby sighed, trying to push it all to the back of her mind. She was feeling rather tipsy, but assumed it was just that point of the night where everybody was. "I'm fine Niko, it's just vavuse your not drinking you notice it" she told him with a giggle, grabbing another glass as the waiter passed.

Mina smiled at his words then kissed him again before she walked outside with him. She leaned against him as they watched the fireworks. She was glad that everyone loved her party.

Niko frowned and took the glass from her. "No im pretty sure you have drank enough for both of us. What is wrong with you? You never use to drink like this." He said. He could tell how drunk she was.

Jace hugged her close, rubbing her arms to make sure she wasn't cold in the night air. "I love you" he whispered, his eyes trained on her as he waited for her reaction.

Kirby pouted as he took the drink from her. "there's nothing wrong with me Nik, I'm just having a good time" she said, trying to take the drink back from him, stumbling as she reached forward. "I didn't even drink that much"

Mina was kind of surprised when he said that he loved her. She smiled at him, "I love you too." She said as she kissed him. She hugged him, her head resting against his chest. She normally didnt get attached to people but Jace was different.

Niko frowned and dumped out the drink. "Seriously Kirby you have had enough." He said, grabbing her hand. "Maybe we should get you some food and water." He said.

Jace held her against him happily, watching the fireworks as he kissed the top of her head, taking in her unique scent. "This was a great party Mina, you should be proud"he told her

"Niko, why are you so mad? I'm fine!" She argued, sighing as he began to drag her by the hand. "I'm just having phone Nik, chill out please!" She slurred, pulling her hair out of her face.
