Fake Love

Jia blushed and shyly looked away. "You're so sweet Namjoon" Jia said after she could control her blushing.

Taehyung walked over to see Elkie's drawing. "Wow you are so good. You should be an artist, Elkie" complimented and the other two boys nodded in agreement.

“I’m just being honest.” Namjoon smiled and looked up as their food came. He thanked the waitress and waited for Jia before starting to eat.

“Maybe.” Elkie said. She finished and stepped back. She pulled her phone out and took a picture. “Is it really that good?” She asked the boys.

"Yess! Like the best artist I ever seen!" Jimin exclaimed. "You really should draw more. I bet you could be famous for it one day." Jungkook added.

Jia blushed again, but smiled once her food had arrived. She began to eat, smiling at Namjoon every here and there. "The first time I saw you when you were rapping at one of the events I was performing, my first thought was that 'I had to meet this guy and talk about his music.' but then when I listened to you talk, I was like I had to get to know you more especially knowing how thoughtful and deep you were." Jia confessed with a smile.

Elkie smiled. “Thanks guys...maybe one day I will but you know my real passion is dancing.” She said. “Which you do well also. Everything you do is awesome.” Jungkook smiled.

Namjoon chuckled. “Yeah? I’m glad you did...I’ll be honest, I had seen you around at a few events but I was always too nervous to talk to you. I wasn’t sure if you’d like me or not so I tried to avoid you.” He said. “But I’m glad one of us was brave enough to make a move.” He chuckled.

Jia grabbed his free hand and smiled, "Believe me, it took a little bit to gather the courage to talk to you. I was afraid you wouldn't want to talk to me either." She said, "but I'm glad I did get the courage to talk to you, because we wouldn't be here now if I didn't. I just hope this lasts because I like your company RM" jia smiled after calling him by his rapper name.

"Yeah Elkie, you're the most talented person I know." Taehyung smiled and playfully poked her cheek. "We should get ready to meet up with Hobi hyung and dance." Jimin said

Namjoon grinned. “I’m also glad.” He said as he finished eating. He looked at the time, “What are you doing after this? I was going to go dance with the guys and Elkie if you want to come watch us?” He said.

Elkie nodded. “I’ll meet you guys there, I’m going to go home and change.” She said, hugging each of her oppas and giving them each a kiss on the cheek.

It didn’t take her long to get home. Her house was close enough to walk to the warehouse and to Jin’s house and also Yoongi’s if she ever needed to. She headed inside and up to her room to take a quick shower before getting dressed and heading to the studio.

Jia smiled "Sure, I would love to come and watch for a bit. I know I have to go to the studio sometime today to work on some music since I have a show in a couple of weeks." She said then sigh softly, "I just hope I can come up with a couple new tracks before then."

Hoseok and Jin we're already at the dance studio practicing the dance to "Anpanman". Jin saw that the door open and saw the three maknae boys, but not Elkie. "Where is Elkie, guys?" He asked them.

“I bet you can.” Namjoon smiled. Once she was done, he paid for them and then helped her up. “I could help if you want?” He said as they went back to his car.

“She went home to change and then she said she was coming.” Jungkook said as he started stretching.

Elkie was on her way to the studio when she ran into a group of girls who used to tease her in high school. They started again and Elkie tried to go around them but one of them pushed her down and another kicked her in the ribs before they ran off. Elkie pulled herself up, dusting herself off and ignoring the pain in her side as she continued her walk, finally making it to the studio.

Jia smiled at the offer, "i'd like that. Maybe we can go after your dance practice?" She suggested while she got into his car in the passenger side.

Jin looked up a second time when he heard the door open to reveal Elkie. He saw some dirt stains on her clothes and knew that she got involved in a fight. Jin knew that he had to talk to her, but he didn't want to do it with the boys around, not trying to involve them or have them too worry about the younger girl.

“Yep. We can do that.” Namjoon smiled. “I need to run home and change really quick but you’re welcome to ride along.” He smirked as he drove back to his house.

Elkie sat her water bottle down before going over to a corner to stretch. “Is Yoongi hyung coming today to?” Jungkook asked Hobi and Jin.

Jia nodded, "I'll wait in the car while you go change." She said and then watched him run inside his apartment.

"He said he'll probably come later, I think he is working on some final touches to the song he is writing." Hoseok answered

Namjoon came back a moment later and got in the car. He smiled at her before heading to the studio. “Now you can see us in action.” He smirked.

“So what song are we doing today?” Elkie asked as she stretched her arms out. She looked up as RM and Jia came in but she didn’t say anything.

Jia smiled "I can't wait. I bet you guys are talented. Although I never would have taken you as a dancer" she teased.

"I was thinking maybe we can practice 'DNA', and we'll have Elkie do Yoongi's part since he isn't here." Hoseok suggested

Namjoon chuckled. “I don’t do a lot of dancing but I do some.” He said as he stretched. “Hey guys, I brought Jia.” He said, getting everyone’s attention.

“Works for me.” Elkie said. “Jia unnie!” Jungkook and Tae ran over to give her a hug, Jimin followed. Elkie rolled her eyes and continued stretching.

Jin looked over to see the two and waved them over. "Hey come on in, we were just about to start." He said then gave Elkie a knowing look. He understood the girl's feelings, but she needed to know that not every girl is out there to be mean to her.

Jia laughed, "hey guys." She said and hugged them both, kissing the too of their heads. She saw Elkie rolling her eyes at her, but she wasn't going to let that discourage her too much. Jia walked over to her and crouched down next to her, "Hi there Elkie." Jia greeted her with a genuine smile

Elkie had sat down to tie her shoes and looked up whenever Jia crouched down in front of her. She wanted to be mean but she couldn’t. Jia was her elder and she needed to treat her with respect. “Hi.” She simply said before standing up. She winced whenever she did. “Excuse me.” She said, walking past her. “I’ll be right back.” She told Hobi, before going into the bathroom.

She closed the door and unzipped her jacket, turning slightly. She frowned as she ran her fingers over the bruise on her ribs. She sighed and left the jacket unzipped. She wasn’t shy about her body, except her arms, and the guys had seen her in crop tops plenty of times.

Jia sighed, trying to not sound not so disappointed. She gave a weak smile to Namjoon, before going over to the side of the wall and sat down to watch them dance.

Hoseok watched Elkie leave. He gave Namjoon and Jia a small smile. "She'll come around, I promise." He said to Jia, hoping that Elkie would warm up to her.

Elkie came back a moment later. “Okay. I’m ready.” She told Hoseok. She went to get in her spot as Hoseok pressed play on his computer. Even though her side was in excruciating pain, she made it through the dance routine, executing Yoongi’s dance movements perfectly.

Jia watched the 7 of them danced to their song. She nodded her head to the beat. She thought they were all talented and wished that she could dance herself, but she didn't think she was talented enough. When they finished the dance, she clapped her hands. "Wow you guys are amazing." Jia complimented before standing back up.
