"It's a graveyard, it's supposed to be creepy," Sam replied easily to his brother as he took the lighter and climbed out of the grave after him, staring down at the bones for a moment. "Least we can get out of here the moment this is done." He paused, though, thinking he heard something, and peered around, his brows furrowing. "Did you hear that?" Looking to his brother, he frowned, trying not to worry. He knew that, once he lit the body up, the light from the flames would probably be seen and attract attention to them, but if they were quick enough, they could get to the car and get away. Lighting up the flame, he dropped the lighter into the grave, watching the skeleton burst into flames.
Fallon found herself stumbling through the graveyard, trying to process where she was and what had happened. Hadn't she just been talking to her mother about the books they were reading? And her dad had been playing music on his beat up radio, so how was she here? Her feet were dirty from walking in the graveyard, but she couldn't understand how she'd gotten there in the first place - especially when it'd been daytime just moments ago, from what she remembered, and suddenly it was nighttime. Swallowing hard, she cringed at the slight pain that came from it, her throat dry in a way she couldn't explain. Eventually, she managed to get out of the graveyard, only to be nearly blinded by the lights of the city, the lights sending an ache through her eyes as she held her arms up to block the view.
