Writing Soundtrack

I working on Learning to Fall which has a very diverse soundtrack. (That I will probably zip and make available for download.)

All these are still in the works, so yeah.

For a lot of my Waycests, I listen to a lot of Placebo for the darker, more angst or emotionally-driven [I guess you could say] ones, and a lot of Smashing Pumpkins for the ones that are more sexually-driven.

For my Frank/Gerard/Mikey fic inspired by The Virgin Suicides, I listen to Playground Love by AIR and a lot of Placebo again.

For my serial killer!Gerard fic, it's mainly Monster by Lady Gaga and a few different tracks from MCR's Bullets and Revenge albums.

I'm working on a new story tentatively titled Magicked, which I'm writing to "You're My Home" by Billy Joel.

What You Thought the Song Meant and Everything You Touch were both written to "Konstantine" by Something Corporate.

Under the Influence was written to "Bridge to Nowhere" by The Like.

What You Took was written to "The First Time (Natalie's Song)" by The Friday Night Boys.

I wrote Exactly What You Think It Is to the Vices & Virtues album, sans 'Mona Lisa'. I listened to it in order and when songs change in the story, it's around the time the songs changed for me while writing. Toward the end I just replayed 'Memories' though.

For Cheetah Boots, I mostly listened to the Black Swan soundtrack. And for Extraterrestrial, I had Katy Perry's 'E.T' on repeat.

For Too Much Time, I was listening to 'Someone Like You' by Adele.

For Brendon Smiles, I basically just listened to Panic!'s new album Vices & Virtues, but Always in particular.

When I'm writing The Last Fight, I primarily only listen to Bullet For My Valentine's Fever album, especially the song that I got the title from.

I wrote Brendon, You Asshole to "Like a G6". It makes me think of dirty dancing in a club.

My current songs for my BBB are Air Hostess by Busted, and D'you Know What I Mean? by Oasis - for the plane noises at the start.

I listen to mostly Secrets by One Republic and Perfect by Pink while writing my newest story Prodigy(:

I wrote Kindle a Light to Come to Me by 65daysofstatic.

Special K has a few songs I always end up listening to when I'm writing.
