I did listen to a lot of Nothing Personal when writing Just Another Reason I Could Never Forget You.
I'm also listening to a lot of Dirty Work while I'm planning a possible sequel.

If I have a story titled after a specific song, usually I'll put that song on repeat when I'm writing it or posting it.

Or if I come across another song that weirdly fits the story better, or just that chapter, then I'll listen to that non-stop for three hours and not even notice till I stop to take a bathroom/food break.

Usually, I listen to classic rock. First of all, it's my genre of choice, second of all, my story is based of the era.

I'm not sure why, but The Cars inspire me to write Who Knows, Who Cares. Old Tegan and Sara, too.
