Thibault frowned a little as she spoke, but returned her kisses, pulling her into his arms to hug her tightly before reluctantly releasing her to stand. "Alright, dont stay out too long, my love." He murmured, leaning down to press one more kiss to her lips before heading inside. He knew that they needed to talk about what had happened and what was bothering her, and so he figured it'd be better to stay up and wait for her to come to bed so they could talk.

Rosemarie's cheeks flushed red when Celtin winked at her, smiling shyly up at him. "I assumed it would be better to be proper and polite when being introduced to a strange vampire.." she explained softly. She was glad that the other vampires weren't paying attention to her, and she knew Zane was probably relieved that he wasn't having to worry about other vampires being interested in her.

Cassia spent probably half and hour watching the sunrise then cleaned up and headed inside. She yawned and headed up up to their bedroom. She walked in and closed the door carefully not to wake Thibault if he was asleep but when she walked in she saw him awake. "Why are you awake love?" she asked him. She changed into her pajamas and moved over to the bed snuggling into him.

Once they had met everyone and decided where to meet up on their trip Zane, Rosemarie and Celtin headed out together. "Let's go get some food for Rose." he said to Celtin and he nodded. As they walked tot he cars they went and met up at a little 24/7 dinner and sat down at one of the little booths together. They were looked at and Zane loosened his tie sitting back. He wasn't concerned and ordered waffles and coffee knowing it would raise less eyebrows. "What would you like Rosemarie?" he asked her his arm over the back of the booth behind her.

Thibault had changed into his pajamas and was reading in bed when Cassia came in, setting his book down after marking his place before pulling her into his arms once she joined him. "I dont want to wait until tomorrow to talk about something that is obviously bothering you, my love. I'd rather stay up and talk now, and wake up tomorrow with both of us feeling better about it."

Rosemarie gladly agreed to going to the diner, taking her seat in the booth next to Zane before looking over the menu, humming a little as she thought over her options. "Could I have a hamburger and sweet potato fries, with a side of mac and cheese? And a water to drink." She asked, having realized she was quite hungry from not eating much on their flight here. Once the waiter had taken their orders she scooted closer to Zane, tucking herself comfortably against his side, glad that they were no longer around so many strange and intimidating vampires.

Cassia smiled softly as he spoke. She loved that he stayed up for her. She bit her lip and nodded. "Thank you." she said and it really did go a long way in helping her feel better already. She didn't know where to begin but she knew she needed to. He needed to hear why it had upset her. Cassia sat up and back 'When we where arguing I just wanted to make things better. We kissed and yes I admit I was thinking sex because it is the only way I know we are good, we hardly ever talk about important things and when we did you got upset and I just wanted us to be better. If that isn't the way you wanted us to be closer you should have told me because all I knew is you were pulling away from me, even before you pushed me away. Zane grinned glad that Rosemarie was going to be eating. He relaxed and looked at his old friends. "So Celtin what have you been up to or should I say where have you been recently?" he asked. Celtic chuckled. "Just because I am a drifter and like to actually be out on the waves at night doesn't mean anything with what ever you are trying to insinuate." Celtic grinned. "But no I just got back from Florida. I was just about to head to New Orleans when I got the summons. I am thinking Mardi Gra will b my jam. I am really lookin forward to it." he said and Zane chuckled shaking his head. "And when are you going to start looking for your bond Celtin? You know you're nearly due." he said and Celtin shrugged. "Im just not ready." he said looking sad. Zane nodded. "I know old friend." Zane said and was glad when food was being delivered.

Thibault's eyes softened as he listened to Cassia speak, frowning as he realized how upset she was. "It wasn't my intention to hurt you like that, Cassia. I'd never mean to hurt you. I just became so upset at the thought of losing you, or the thought of you wanting to become like me, that I panicked and shut down, and didn't realize how my actions were hurting you." He frowned, wrapping his arms around her to pull her into his arms. "I'm so sorry, my love... Can you forgive me?"

Rosemarie quietly watched the two vampires talk, her curiosity evident in her eyes. She'd never seen Zane interact with a vampire other than when Gavin had arrived at their home, and then it wasn't nearly as pleasant as the way Zane and Celtin were treating each other. She wanted to ask Celtin a thousand different questions; where was he born? How old was he? Where else had he traveled? Why was he so sad at the mention of the bond? How long had he been friends with Zane? But she decided against bombarding him with questions, and instead cuddled into Zane's side as she waited for their meals to arrive, sipping her water as she listened to the two friends talk.

Cassia nodded as he seemed to understand. "Perhaps one day I will be better at arguments but this is the first one I have ever had in a relationship. this is my first relationship and it was my first rejection and I... I am not sure how to deal with it all but I am really glad we stayed up to talk." she said and smiled as he asked for forgiveness. She wrapped her arms around him and nodded. "Of course Thibault. You really don't need forgiveness, we are both learning how to be in this relationship together. I think the only reason we argue at all is because we care so much about each other and how this relationship works out. If it didn't matter there would be no arguing." she said and kissed him gently.

As the food was set down in front of them he smiled at Rosemarie hating to feel her pull away to eat but knowing she must. He watched her and then turned to his food. This food really wasn't good for him and didn't taste the best either but it would do. He took a bite ad sat back with his coffee. He smiled as they ate and Celtic talked with Rosemarie about all the places he visited. "Want to know the most interesting place I have been to?" Celtin asked and he smiled at her as he talked around eating every now and again.

Thibault smiled as she spoke, pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead before happily returning her kiss, keeping her wrapped in his arms as he pulled her close. "I'm glad we talked too. I know things won't be back to normal immediately, but this is a good first step, and things will be better in no time. Now, let's get some sleep." He murmured, pressing one more kiss to her lips before laying down, pulling Cassia close as he tugged the blankets around him, settling into bed with her. "I don't have anything to do tomorrow, so we can sleep in and do whatever you want."

Rosemarie pulled away from Zane so that she could eat, although she remained seated close to him. She listened intently as Celtin spoke of all of the far off places that he had traveled over the years, nodding excitedly when he asked if she wanted to hear about the most interesting place he had been, popping a few fries into her mouth. "Yes, please." She said softly, taking a long sip of her water as she looked at him. She liked Celtin a lot, and hoped that after Zane's assignment was over that she would get to see him again. He was kind and funny, and had been all over the world, and she was relieved that he didn't view her as a piece of meat or property like she assumed other vampires did.

Cassia smiled. "I like the sound of that." she said. Sleeping in and just spending time together working on the two of them sounded exactly like what they needed. Honestly they needed to do something fun, like a lot of fun that would break them out of all this seriousness but she had to think of something and so far was coming up blank. She really had no idea what Thibault thought of as fun. She still had so much to learn about him.

"I would have to say Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. Even at night the view is amazing. The sky runs into the eartha nd the earth becomes the sky." Celtic grinned. "Of course I am a simple American but still I do love the natural beauties of the world. The next best thing was defiantly Mudhdhoo Island, Tiny tiny resort island but the bioluminescence... speechless, and I like saying the name." he chuckled and leaned back relaxing and paying the check. "So were are we heading to anyways?" he looked at Zane who smiled. "It's a surprise." he looked over at Rosemarie. "Where do you hope to visit Rose?"

Thibault smiled as he pulled her into his arms and tugged the blankets around them, pressing a gentle kiss to her lips once they were comfortable. "Sleep well, my love." He murmured softly before he drifted off to sleep, soon snoring softly next to her. The whole day had been stressful, and he needed a good night's sleep to clear his head.

Rosemarie listened to Celtin intently, leaning closer as she stared at him while he talked about the places he visited, completely enchanted by him. She had seen photos showing things like the places he described, but she couldn't imagine seeing such beautiful things in person. It didn't seem real. Her eyes finally left Celtin when Zane asked her where she wanted to go, looking up at him in confusion before giving a little shrug. "I dont know... There are so many places in the world, I doubt I would be able to guess correctly."

I just think a little mystery in life is good for the soul, gives you hat excitement of the unknown." he said and shrugged and Celtin laughed.

Thibault slept soundly next to his mate, his arms around her most of the night, although by the time he woke he had rolled to the other side of the bed. He groaned groggily as he rolled to look at her, offering her a tired smile as he reached out to brush her hair behind her ear. "We dont have to get up if you dont want to.. We can stay here all day if you'd like." He smiled tiredly, pulling her into his arms.

Rosemarie blushed faintly as he called her silly, smiling up at him as she scooted closer. "I dont know.. I'd like to go to Italy one day, or maybe Spain.. its supposed to be nice there, but I dont know a lot about what to do or see there." She said, hiding a yawn as she leaned against Zane, resting her head against his shoulder, smiling as Celtin laughed at him.

Cassia giggled. She leaned into him and ran her hand into his hair. She placed a peck on his lips and smiled at him. "Sleeping is not really one of the ways I want to spend an entire day in bed with you. I have much better things in mind but seeing how we are trying to build a relationship I guess we should get up. We can start with breakfast but then I wanted to do something fun and no matter how hard I think I have no idea what you think is fun."

Zane smiled and looked down at Rosemarie and he knew she was right it was getting late. "Well Celtin I should get my bride back to our room and seduce her into bed." he winked playfully and paid for the meal. He was serious though that he was hoping to please her before the sun made them both fall back asleep. Zane kissed her neck as they headed to the car. Zane turned saying goodnight to Celtin and helping Rosemarie into the car.

Thibault chuckled, leaning over to press a loving kiss to her lips before sitting up, chuckling at her response. "I think lots of things are fun. And it's not just about me, we should do something that you think is fun, I'm sure I'll enjoy it if I'm with you." He leaned over, trailing a few kisses down her neck before pulling away with a grin to head to the bathroom to shower.

"We have been doing things I think is fun though and I know you have enjoyed them but still." Cassia said and sat up watching him get up. "How are you feeling today anyways?" she asked softly. If he wanted something from her, he would have to say so while she tried to gain her confidence back.

Celtic bowed and waved as they left. Zane grinned at Rosemarie. "I am very glad you are found of my friend." he said and smiled as he drove them back to the hotel. They walked up to their room together. "We will have a decent trip and I am hoping you will be able to see some of the sites while we are there but remember we are going to these places because they have become dangerous and infested with newborns." he said and looked at her as he let her into their room closing the door behind them.

"I'm feeling better, how about you?" He asked, turning back to look at her as he started up the shower. He grinned a little when he saw her staring at him, slowly moving back over to the bed.
