Cassia smiled softly and took his hand though she was nervous. She leaned into him calming a little as she pressed her cheek to his chest. There was something about him that centered her. She watched as suddenly there was a bustle of movements and people coming in and out preparing things before she was alone with Thibault and Mistress Madeline. Cassia looked up at Thibault and Mistress Madeline smiled at them. "I am so happy for you both." she said and Cassia smiled softly looking back at Thibault. He was an amazing looking man and she knew in time she would grow to feel more for him than fondness.

Zane sighed. "I'm not an animal I can control myself." he said as he knelt before her and took her foot pulling out anything that was inside of it. "If you weren't so scared of me I could heal your foot right now but I fear you might try to kick me if I where to use my abilities to heal you. It's not as scary as you think. I already bit you once. When I healed your lip." he said and shook his head. He finished bandaging her foot then packed up the first aid kit. "I knew you would do this. Despite everything you judge what I am not how I treat you." he said and then walked out of her room closing the door quietly. Zane ordered someone to clean up the blood and headed to his room to sit out on the patio. Being surrounded by the moonlight and thinking lights of the city far away from them. He watched the stars blink at him enjoying the quiet calm of the night.

Thibault smiled down at Cassia, moving to his bedroom to sit at the edge of his bed with her. Madeline followed them in, handing Thibault a ring that look almost exactly like the one he'd given Cassia, although it was larger to fit on his finger. Thibault placed the ring on his finger and held Cassia's hand tightly, the gems beginning to glow slightly. Madeline began to recite the vows for them to repeat, although they were in Latin. Madeline spoke the words as she looked at Thibault, and Thibault repeated them as he looked at Cassia, smiling faintly. Madeline then turned to Cassia and had her repeat the same words. Once Cassia had repeated them, Madeline produced a pin, pricking Cassia's fingertip and then Thibault's, having them each trace a line of each other's blood across the back of the other's hand while she said the final words, before pronouncing them bonded.

Rosemarie frowned as he spoke, glaring at him slightly. "You lied to me. You brought me here for a reason, so that you can marry me or whatever, and you lied about it. All of this.. All of this is just some rouse, some game to convince me you're not a bad person, a-and then once you get what you want from me, wh-who knows what you'll do or what will happen to me. How am I supposed to know you're telling the truth when you've already lied?" She shouted after him as he left, hurrying to change into her nightgown once he'd left, crawling into the comfort of her bed, falling asleep after a while.

Cassia blushed as Thibault recited the vows to her. She would have to ask about them later. She followed suit looking at Thibault trying to look at him the entire time but his emotions where so big and written all over his face. Cassia finished and Mistress Madeline pricked her finger making her gasp. She ran her bloody finger over Thibault's hand before he did the same. Cassia blushed as she pronounced them bonded. After it was all said and done she was suddenly hungry. Once they where left alone Cassia looked up at Thibault. "I think I forgot to eat dinner." she said softly and blushed more. "Might we eat?" she asked remembering he did eat some human food.

Zane sighed at the door and let his head drop. "I never lied. I never told you why you where here. But if I gave you any indication it was because I wanted company, someone to share my life with. So if that make you uncomfortable I am sorry. I didn't know when I picked you that we would be compatible in that way. It was only later I realized it." he spoke softly to her and then left moving to his room. There was nothing more he could say. The rest she would just have to process. He laid in his bed before moving into his dark room as the sun rose. He slipped into he box he had built for him so that no light would enter and he could stay peaceful in the day with all the noise. He laid there as the sun rose a long while before falling asleep.

Thibault nodded when she asked to eat, pressing a kiss to her hand before calling for the maids to bring something for her to eat. "There isn't much time before I have to feed... But you should have some time to eat." He murmured, pressing a kiss to her cheek.

Rosemarie woke on and off throughout the night, feeling bad for having yelled at him. She pulled on her robe before creeping through the castle to his room, crawling into his bed, unsure of where he was, but figuring he might come back soon. Soon enough she drifted off to sleep, curled up under the blankets, shivering a little in the chilly room.

Cassia blushed and nodded. She sat and ate. She was nervous about this next part. Cassia finished then stood. "I would like to freshen up then I promise no more delays." she said softly before heading to her room for probably the last time. She stepped into her room cleaning up then slipped into her night gown using her robe just like last time before heading back to Thibault. She slipped into his room and looked around for him. Once he looked at her she slowly moved towards him before pulling off her robe rope then slipping off her shoulders and letting it fall off her. She had unhooked her hair so it ran freely down her back. Cassia blushed. "Is this alright?" she asked him.

Zane woke just as the sun was setting and slipped out of his room to see Rosemarie. He frowned confused and moved over to her. She must not have slept well to still be sleeping. Zane pulled out another blanket and wrapped it around her kissing her head. Zane went to the gardens and picked a red rose bringing it back and laying it on the pillow beside her. He left the room to let her sleep going to the kitchen to start working on food for her to eat. Zane knew she didn't believe him yet but he really wanted her to know that he cared and he didn't care that she thought he was lying. He would take care of her. He had already sent out for information on her school and what they could do for her.

Thibault had taken the time to tidy up his room, pacing anxiously as he waited for her to return. Just by saying the vows he already felt stronger, but knew that he needed to feed from her soon, or else the bond might be broken and both of their lives would be at risk. He turned to look at her when she returned, pausing mid-step as she let the robe slip off her shoulders, eyes raking over her figure hungrily. "You look gorgeous.. Cassia.." Rosemarie happily curled into the new blanket, a faint smile appearing on her lips when he kissed her forehead. She was still asleep when he returned from the kitchen, although up on hearing the door open her eyes fluttered open, looking around the room in confusion, recalling where she was. She rubbed her eyes sleepily as she rolled over, nuzzling her face into the blankets as she sighed tiredly. "Smells nice.." She murmured, smiling a little when she saw the rose he'd left her.

"You will have to tell me how it taste. Being unable to taste it myself to find out if it is seasoned right is really a true challenge." he chuckled and sat on the end of the bed across from her. "Did you get enough rest?" he asked her. She was a stunning woman and he hoped that she would come around again.

Thibault moved with her to the bed, sitting on the edge after discarding his shirt, pulling her onto his lap. Thibault drank deeply from her, forcing himself to pull away after a few moments, making sure the wound healed as he looked down at her, her blood still fresh on his lips. He smoothed her hair back before pressing a loving kiss to her lips, standing slowly to fetch a wet cloth to help clean her up, pulling his boxers back on and offering her his shirt to keep her warm before crawling back into bed with her, pulling the blankets around them as he drew her close. "I'm feeling much better. How are you? Are you alright?"

Rosemarie nodded a little. "Its fine.. A little sore, but nothing too bad." She murmured, fiddling with the blankets bashfully. "You.. You can heal it, if you want.." she murmured softly, glancing up at him with soft eyes after a moment. "I'm sorry I yelled at you.."

Cassia smiled softly slipping into his shirt. She smiled lazily as he helped clean her up. He pulled the blankets over her and she cuddled into his chest. Cassia looked up at him. He was so worried about her. It warmed her heart. "Yes I am fine. I feel good actually." She hummed and closed her eyes laying her head on his chest. She wondered if this was what he hoped it was between them. She could feel the strength in Thibault just keeping her head on his chest and she was glad for it.

Zane smiled. "I appreciate that Rosemarie but I want you to know you are entitled to your feelings. If you feel uncomfortable with what I am I understand just say so hopefully in time you will come to terms with it. I can promise you this though if you let me heal you that you will not feel any pain afterwards. It is your choice." Zane said and stood moving around to her side of the bed and knelt beside her.

Thibault kept his arms securely around her, pressing tender kisses to her head as he stroked her hair, making sure that she was comfortable. "I'm glad.. You should rest, you've had a long night." He murmured, smiling down at her as he gently stroked her cheek.

Rosemarie watched him move, frowning a little as she shook her head. "No.. I shouldn't have yelled.." She murmured softly, shifting a little under the blankets to move her injured foot out from under the blankets. "It's ok.. I don't mind.." She smiled a little, sitting up to look at him, leaning over to press a gentle kiss to his cheek.

Cassia smiled softly and nodded. "Okay... goodnight Thibault." She whispered and leaned into him closing her eyes . She breathed Thibault in feeling completely relaxed. It wasn't long before she fell asleep in his arms. Cassia's breathing evened out as she slept peacefully. It was so easy to sleep beside Thibault.

Zane smiled as she gave him her foot. He slowly unwrapped her foot and cleaned her off. He ran his finger across her foot along her ankle before lifting it. He looked up at her his fangs growing. He ran his fangs over her cut mak8ng it bleed. He licked the blood off and watched it heal over completely smooth. Zane sat back and looked up at her. "As scary as you thought it would be?" He asked her.

Thibault stroked her hair gently, rubbing her back as she drifted off to sleep. He soon drifted off to sleep too, needing to rest to regain most of his strength. It felt wonderful being with her, glad that his wait to have her was finally over.

He slept through the day and woke up after sunset, stretching and rubbing his eyes tiredly, smiling as he looked over and saw Cassia.

Rosemarie blushed faintly as she watched him, shaking her head a little when he asked if it were scary. "No..." She wiggled her toes a little as she looked at where her cut had been. "Why... Why do you have to bond to someone?" She asked softly, curious about what he was like.

Cassia woke up as Thibault stored in bed. She rolled over and smiled softly. "Hey." She said her voice thick with sleep. Cassia stretched out and yawned. "Mmm what's for breakfast?" She teased and snuggled into him kissing his jaw. She blushed and looked up at him.

Zane smiled and sat on the bed. He nodded as she asked about bonding. "Good question. I have to bond because it makes feeding more effective. So instead of feeding every week or more I can feed once or twice a month. It also makes me stronger. It also assures that I have someone to care for me because our lives become tied. It is a very complex relationship for a very simple process." He said and smiled softly. "I am bonded to protect my bond mate and she in her way to protect me during the day. " Zane said and looked at her waiting for it to sink in.

Thibault smiled, pulling her close to press a loving kiss to her lips before peppering soft kisses over her face. "Hmm... Whatever you want." He murmured, playing with a strand of her hair softly as he gazed at her, amazed that she was finally his.
