Hayden watched as she walked off then sat down in the chair. He relaxed as he turned the tv on. He glanced over at her, "Do you need help with anything?" He asked her. He figured she might not know where everything was.

    --

Blair sighed as she got up and walked with him. She was glad when they got to the house so she could avoid him. She went up to the bedroom and laid on it. She was actually pretty tired. She laid there and pulled out a book she brought with her and began to read. She was hoping he would just do his own thing. Part of her wanted him to come up to her though.

Riley smiled when he offered to help her, "you don't have to unless you really want to." She told him, knowing that she had this under control. And if he wanted to help she wouldn't stop him. It would be nice if he helped. But at the same time she just wanted to distances herself from him for a bit. Grabbing the pork chops from the water she took them out side to the grill. After placing the meat on she headed back inside to turn the stove on so the potatoes started to cook.
Weston sighed as soon as he made it into his house, he watched as she left the room. Looking around he knew he didn't want to be in the same room as her, but he didn't know what to do with himself. After thinking it over he decided to take a shower, since they'd went on a run this morning he felt a bit dirty. Heading up stairs, he pasted by her as he went into the bathroom.

Hayden got up and walked into the kitchen to help her. He let her go inside while he stayed and watched the pork chops. It was finally starting to become fall and he loved it. He loved the leaves and the smell of the fall air. He looked at the forest as the wind blew through the trees.

    ---

Blair peeked over her book a little as he walked by. she made sure he didnt see her. She was just glad he didn't come to pick a fight with her. She was almost positive that he heard what she said to Haley. She bit her bottom lip lightly as she went back to reading.

Riley smiled at him before heading into the house, she was glad they were getting along. Though she did feel like he was just doing things teasingly, like she wasn't smart enough to catch on to his game. But then she thought about how ridiculous that sounded and tried not to let herself over think. Sighing she grab the corn before heading back out to put them on the girl. The meat should be just about ready to flip anyways.
Weston took his time showering, his mind thinking over the days events. He wanted to be mad at Blair for the way she'd treated Haley. But he couldn't bring himself to even mention it. He didn't want to even speak to her right now, he couldn't explain all the things he was feeling. And if he let one side out weight the other he'd regret it. If he gave into his wolf he'd be betraying Haley. But if he snapped and pushed Blair away he'd disappoint his mother and father. After all they were the ones that would be punished if he failed to make this work. But he knew that his heart just wasn't in it. Stepping from the shower he wrapped a towel around his waist. "Fuck." He groaned throwing his head back as he realized he'd not brought any clean clothes into the bathroom. He'd been so set on avoiding her he'd totally forgotten. Sighing he headed into the room and for his dresser.

Hayden was flipping the pork chops as Riley walked out of the door. He took the corn from her and put them on the grill. "So you didn't have much food with your pack?" He asked finally. He frowned as she told him about it. "No offense but that means you had a bad alpha." He said. He couldnt imagine letting his pack barely have food.

    ---

Blair glanced up as the bathroom door opened, then went back to her book. She figured she could mess with him a little to have some fun. "You know if you wanted my attention you could have just asked." She teased him, seeing his glare out of the corner or his eyes. "Does your face do any other emotion besides pure anger and angst?" She asked as she sat up on the bed and closed her book.

"Thanks." She told him when he took the corn from her and started to put it on the grill. When she left the potatoes were already boiling so it shouldn't be to long till she'd have to deal with them. But hearing his question stopped all her train of thoughts. "Not really, we'd have only was was needed to survive." She told him truthfully. "Seriously you want to talk about bad alphas?" She asked him finding it hard not to take offense to his words. "Take a step back from your perfect little world and walk in mine for a bit." She told him, "we only did with out because your pack forced us to." She told him right out. "Now think about bad alphas look at your own. He tore my pack in half just because he could, then he started stealing all our cattle and crops." She shook her head, the alpha hadn't been the one actually doing it all but he was allowing it to happen. "The man your speaking bad about could actually teach you how to be a great alpha, because strength it's the most important thing." She ranted to him.
Weston frowned hearing her words but he couldn't handle her right now. "Does your mouth do anything other than speak?" He asked her knowing two could play this game. He wasn't in the mood for her, but if she wanted to play then lets play. He wasn't going to hold himself back any more. And he knew it was stupid for him to let lose, because his wolf was raging at him. And he knew that one small miss step and he'd have her pinned to the bed.

Hayden glared at her, "My dad did not kill your people without reason. They started that war and you know it." He growled. He didnt like that she was talking about his dad's choices. He sighed as he looked at the food, "You aren't part of that pack now." He said to her. He didn't want her to think about them as her pack anymore.

    ---

Blair smiled and moved her hair some, "That depends, what would you like it to do?" She teased him. She could tell that he was really fighting his wolf and for some reason she didn't care. She wanted to push him over the edge. She bit her bottom lip lightly as he watched her.

Riley blinked at him surprised at his sudden declaration, he was right she wasn't a part of that pack. By her choice none the less, but that was just it. If the man who she'd looked up to as an alpha hadn't been such a good leader then she wouldn't be standing before him. "I'm not denying anything you said, but knowing both sides of it and knowing the damaged cause and knowing how to fix it, that's what makes a good alpha." She told him letting a tear slip down her face. It'd was hitting her rather hard now knowing she'd chose this. Blinking her eyes, she quickly wiped the tear away before turning and heading back into the house.
Weston smiled at her catching on to her game real fast. "Well lets see there's a lot of things that I'd like for mouths to do, but for yours I'd love it if it shut." He told her rather sweetly almost like he was joking but he was being completely serious. Turning his attention to gathering his clothes he then headed into the bathroom to get dressed. Part of him wanted to just drop his towel and change in front of her. But he knew it wasn't a smart idea.

Hayden sighed, "Yea, that is what my dad did. He fixed it. He made a deal for you and Blair." He said. he turned the corn and didnt look at her. "There is no need to cry Riley. You will never have to worry about anything again." He told her. He would make sure she never felt hungry or scared.

    ---

Blair decided to press her luck and she got up and moved quickly, pinning him against the wall. "Is that what you really want?" She whispered to him, hearing his heart racing. "Because, I dont think it is." She said, looking down at his hard on. She smiled as she backed away and let him go.

Riley froze in the door way listening to him, before shaking her head. "Don't make promise you can't keep." She told him, before turning to look at him. "Because I'm not part of that pack any more remember." She huffed out then fled to the kitchen. She knew her words were low, but it was the truth. He could promise she'd never have to worry an more but her family was still in that pack, they were that pack. And until he stopped hating them she'd worry every day that the moment he was alpha he'd find a way to end the treaty. Trying her best to calm down she figured it was pointless he had her so mad, she just wanted to beat something and that's what she did. After draining the water from the potatoes she started mashing the shit out of them.
Weston closed the door after him, his head pressing to the door. His clothes falling to the floor as he closed his eyes and did his best to calm down. He could feel his claws digging into the wood of the door as he tried his best to fight his wolf. It was so hard. Having had her show him dominance had pissed his wolf off, it was snarling and snapping at the cage it was in doing it's best to get the hell out. It wanted to show her dominance, make her his. Make her beg to be his and have her bend to his will. He really wanted to make her use that mouth in ways he'd never imagined before.

Hayden watched as she walked off and frowned. When the pork chops and corn was done he put it on the plate and walked in. He could tell that he had upset her. "Im sorry I pissed you off." He said. "I just dont want you to feel like an outsider." He told her.

    ---

Blair smiled as she stood in bedroom as he slammed the door. She ran her fingers through her hair, "What's wrong Wes. Don't you want to keep playing?" She asked him. She knew she was so close to breaking him. She didnt know if she was ready for what she was going to unleash though.

Riley looked up from the completely mashed potatoes, she looked at him anger still written on her face. She sighed before setting a side the potatoes and turned to the gravy. "I feel more like an outsider when you talk bad about my pack." She inform him, "and before you say it again, they are still my pack because that's my mother, and father, and sister that your talking about." She told him, knowing this was always going to be a soar subject for them.
Weston let out a growl at her words, his claws dragging down the door as he did his best to calm down. Moving away from the door he started to pace, his body heaving as his anger raged out of control. He was doing everything in his power not to open the door and take her. He needed to get away from her, but he knew that wasn't going to happen. And he wondered if she was really wanting to mate with him or if this was just a game.

Hayden looked at her, "You said stuff about my pack." He said. He sighed as he sat down and began to eat. He looked at her, "I didn't mean to upset you." He said. He thought a out how to get it out of her head that it was her pack. Hayden figured he would let it go and not keep arguing.

    --

Blair smiled, "Okay I guess i am just going to go back to reading." She said. She laid on the bed and opened her book again. She didn't know how he would react but he clearly wanted her. She felt kind of bad he was having so much trouble though. She set her book down and went over to the door, "Weston, are you okay?" She asked. She knew what it was like when the wolf took over. It was a scary feeling to be so out of control.

Stopping what she was doing she turned to look at him, "I only said that because you acted like your so much better than my family, and Mark." She used his name, instead of calling him her alpha. She knew they were both on the edge of another fight and she didn't want to really fight right now. She was hungry and needed to eat before she had to deal with his family.
Weston huffed out hearing her taunting him with going back to reading. He stopped and looked at the door. It was like a cold bucket of water pored over his body. Shuddering he wonder if he should go out there and rip the book from her hands. And make her beg for him not to destroy it, maybe he could get her to beg for other things as well. Closing his eyes he sat down on the floor before placing his head in his hands. Closing his eyes he tried to calm down. Hearing her voice he looked up at the door, wondering if she was really concerned or if she was doing it just to get another rise from him. It was like she was getting off on his agony.

Hayden frowned, "I'm not going to comment because you are only going to get angry. Sit down and eat." He said. He knew she was hungry. He continued to eat his food and tried to think of a way to avoid a fight. "Do you want to go for a short run later?" He asked.

    --

Blair bit her bottom lip lightly, "Weston." She said. "I'm not messing with you anymore. Are you okay?" She asked. She reached for the doorknob and started to open the door. She frowned when she felt his bod against jt. "Are you gljng to let me in?" She asked. She knew she had pushed him to far and she shouldnt have.

Riley sighed thankfully he wasn't going to push the subject anymore. She made herself a plate, before taking a seat next to him. She was starving but a part of her wasn't wanting to eat. Doing her best to ignore him she started to eat her food, though it was more along the lines of pushing it around on her plate. Though she froze when he asked about going on a run. She'd love to but she knew it wasn't going to be a run for him since he'd have to wait for her. "Okay." She agreed to go, though it still didn't change her attitude.
Weston let out a light growl when she tried to get into the bathroom. He wanted to let her know it wasn't the best idea for her to come into the bathroom. He knew he shouldn't have allowed her to get under his skin but when she pushed up against him his wolf was pissed and he was hard. So it had made bad matter worse.

Hayden nodded, "Alright great." He said. He finished eating his food, then cleaned off his plate and dried it off. "I can help you put away leftover if you want me to." He said. He knew the faster they got stuff done the quicker they would get out of there. He just wanted to go run and forget everything. Hopefully it would calm her down like it calmed him down. Hayden grabbed a bottle of water and took a sip of it.
Blair bit her bottom lip lightly, "Okay." She said, closing the door. She knew that he was pissed and it wouldn't be smart to push him. She stepped back from the door and sat on the bed. She looked at her hands as she waited for him to calm down. Blair didn't know how he would react once he came out.

Riley didn't say anything to him as she took a bit of her potatoes. She gently waved her hand knowing he was trying to be helpful. Though it did get a bit tiring him asking to help her all the time. It was his house so why was he so set on help instead of just doing. Is it he was trying to let her get used to the place, or feel like she was doing something important. Shaking her head she stood with her now empty plate. Moving to the sink she started to wash it off.
Weston didn't know how long he sat there trying to calm down. But once he felt like he could tolerate her with out mauling her he stood and started to pull his clothes on. Knowing they were going to be late due to this little stunt. But he'd have his father there to smooth over any issue he'd have with his mother. After pulling on his shirt he pulled the door open. He noticed her but didn't dare to look at her as he headed out of the room. "We're going to be late." He told her storming down the stairs.

Hayden sighed as he went ahead and put everything away. He knew he had pissed her off, "Come on. Let's go run." He said. He walked out of the house and walked to the forest with her. He changed into his wolf form and waited for her to turn. He took off with her and realized how much slower she was than he was. He slowed his pace for her.

    --

Blair frowned as he walked off then followed him. She walked out of the house and followed h
behind him. "Can you slow down for one second." She said, trying to catch up to him. Blair grabbed his wrist, "Weston." She said, letting go when he looked at her and she seen his eyes flash. He clearly was still struggling. "Sorry." She said. She walked with him into the house and crossed her arms.

Riley was surprised he'd actually wanted to go run with her. She followed after him none the less, knowing she could use a change of pace. She strayed from him as she pulled her clothes off, not liking being exposed with him around. Shifting she pranced up to him. Realizing he wasn't joking when he said he wanted to run. He was off like a bullet, and she was trying her best to keep up. But she was so much smaller than he was, it made it hard to keep up with him. And she was thankful he slowed his pace for her, because she was already wanting to go back. It was draining pushing herself so hard, though as he slowed she felt a little pressure release from her. It was relaxing for her.
Weston was doing his best to ignore her, but the moment she touched him he wanted to hit her. It wasn't in his nature to hit women, but his wolf was still pissed and wanted to teach her her place. But instead he watched her apologize, and though he wasn't in the mood for her. He still trudge along so that they wouldn't be late to his mother's dinner. One he was dreading yet looking forward to. He just didn't know how he was going to get through the night. Knowing he was going to have to sleep beside her.
