Ravi raised a brow, “you’ve been thinking about me?” He asked. He had been thinking about Raphael too, but he wasn’t about to admit that. He immediately drove to Raphael’s house and parked the car, before looking at him.

'Yes I have. I've been thinking about you for awhile. This was not just a favor but an excuse to call you...thanks for the ride and for the help,' he got out of the car and headed toward the front door.

Ravi got out and leaned up, “Hey, do you want to go have dinner tomorrow night?” He asked him.

Raphael turned around and looked at him, ‘you mean like a date? A real one?’

“Yes? I mean, yeah, I guess.” Ravi shrugged. “We gotta make it look like we’re really dating, you know.”

Raphael tried not to let the disappointment show on his face, ‘Yeah I guess. Call me tomorrow,’ he told him before walking back inside. This was a mistake he thought to himself as he walked upstairs to his room.

“Sure.” Ravi said and got back in his car. He drove back to the dorm he shared with his band mates. When he got back, he noticed Ken’s car was gone so he figured he was taking Hongbin to meet Jay.

He pulled his phone out, sighing. You looked really good today. You’ve definitely grown up...get some rest, Raphie. he sent to Raphael, even using the nickname he used to call him all the time when they were close.

Raphael looked at his phone, sending back a quick you looked good as well and get some rest too before putting his phone down on the night stand and going to bed.

Jay had gotten a text from Hongbin to meet him at the cafe downtown. He had already been there twenty minutes and was about to give up when he saw the boy walk through the door.

‘I’m sorry I’m late, Manager kept me for a bit then I had to wait on Ken to finish rehearsal,’ Hongbin looked into Jay’s eyes, not surprised that he looked unimpressed, ‘I’m sorry for asking this of you.’

“It’s fine. I ordered you a coffee, I hope you still like vanilla latte’s..” Jay said, sliding the latte over towards Hongbin. “It’s fine, just didn’t expect to hear from you out of the blue after four years of nothing.”

‘Because I wanted to see you again...I missed seeing you, talking to you, doing things with you like we used to with the movies and concerts. I know I’ve been a crappy friend. I was never there when you needed me but you were there for me despite that.’
