Ezra walked in further this was not really his scene not anymore, he looked around for Evie how could she like all this he wonders. As he walked further into the dark place with bright ref lights he could only imagine what was going on around here. Drugs, alcohol, sex. He hoped Evie wasn’t doing anything too wild.

Evie sat on the sofa chatting when a familiar face caught her eye moving through the party. "Ez!" She called out happily, hopping up off the couch. "Hey sexy" she said with a little giggle, wrapping herself around him. "I'm really Fu kibg high" she admitted to him through a whisper.

Ezra walked further into the house when he heard a familiar voice, it was Evie. She was fucked up “hey Evie, I can see that, baby you should probably stop,” he whispered taking some of her loose hair and placing it behind her ear.

Evie narrowed her eyes at him softly, bitting on her lip. "Why aren't you drunk?" She asked him, stumbling away from him slightly before wrapping her arms back around him with a laugh. "good you're so hot" she told him with a soft laugh.

Ezra narrowed his eyes and stared are Evie “because I’m driving..”he was glad he showed up when he did “baby, we should go, you need some water and some rest..”

Evie pouted, letting him go. "Ez, I'm fiiiiinne" she said with a little laugh "c'mon let's just get you a drink and it'll all be good, we can get an Uber home" she said decisively, and tried to grab his hand to pull him to the kitchen.

Ezra sighed pulling Evie back to him gently, “baby, but I want to spend time with you, how about we go cuddle somewhere?” He started running circules on her lower back. “You can sit on me if you want..”

Evie shook her head "Ezra we can cuddle tomorrow, c'mon it's a party!" She said, rolling her eyes at him. She hiccuped softly, giving his chest a playful slap as she tried to pull him in to the kitchen but noticed he wasn't having any of it. "Ez, why did you come over here if it wasn't for the party?" She questioned.

Ezra frowned, “Evie I’m worried about you baby, you party way too hard and I’m looking out for you. I’m afraid you’ll end up in the hospital.” He took her hand and kissed it gently, “baby, let’s go home.”

Evie frowned at him, pulling her hand away "I never ended up in hospital, why would that start now?" She asked him with a sigh. "Ezra, you never seemed to care how much I partied when I was fucking you behind your girlfriend's back, why are you so worried now?" She questioned, crossing her arms across her chest. "I don't want to go home"

Ezra frowned, dropping his arms, maybe he was being a little over the top but he was annoyed now. “Fine. Find a ride home I’m not coming back for you,” he said with an annoyed time before storming off.

Evie flipped him off as he walked away before returning to her friends on the couch. She didn't understand why he was being such a dickhead about it. He didn't have to come if he hadn't wanted to. She sighed, trying to clear it from her mind but she couldn't, she was pissed off.

After a couple more shots, Evie handed her phone to some guy at the film. "Get a video, this is going to be funny" she drunkenly told him, pulling one of her work friends in to her arms and beginning to make out with her. This wasn't new, Evie always got like this when she was drunk. She giggled as she pulled away, I'mmediately posting the video to her story. A little while later she called a cab to come get her.

Ezra was pissed off, Evie was completely out of control and he couldn’t stand it. Maybe he was angry because she wasn’t like Ella. Evie was wild and loud and she partied way too hard, Ezra couldn’t control her like he had Ella and maybe that’s why he felt so angry. Evie did what she wanted when she wanted.

Ezra looked through his stories and got even more annoyed, he didn’t know why he stayed if she made him feel this Way. Whatever it was he had to either get over it or do something about it. He licked his doors and went to bed.

Evie got dropped back to her own apartment, stumbling in only making it as far as the sofa before she passed out. She already knew she was going to be hungover tomorrow, and she had probably over done it trying to get back at Ezra but at least she had had a good night.

She fell asleep, waking up only an hour or two later and making a dash for the sink as she began throwing up.

Ezra was in bed sleeping or trying to, his head was filled with so much noise. Evie was always such a mess, she was fun to be around with at parties but she drank too much. He was starting to realize maybe dating her wasn’t such a good idea. He still cared though, Ezra cared for Evie in his own little weird way.

He slept all right woke up the next morning and started getting ready to start the day. Ezra has to wonder what Evie was going to do, she could be petty about things and knew she’d would be upset with him over the previous night. Ezra sighed, not wanting to dwell too much on it maybe she’d come around

Evie slept until early afternoon the following day, her head throbbing with each small motion she made. She groaned, rolling over in bed and taking a quick peep at her phone. She had decided she wasn't getting in touch with Ezra first. Let him worry about where she was, he shouldn't have done what he did. Last night.

Evie knew she was a little overdramatic and too-reactive sometimes but he didn't even need to show up last night.

Ezra didn’t bother to text Evie all day, he didn’t call her, he made sure to keep his mind cleared. He couldn’t be thinking about her,. Ezra cleaned and went shopping for a couple of hours trying to clear his mind. That girl had a problem and maybe it was his jealousy but he was also trying to help her.

He got home later that day and sat in bed wondering if he should message her.

Evie spent the day on her couch hungover, eating junk and watching movies. She wished Ezra was here to give her a cuddle, but she wasn't caving in. Evie worked really hard in her job, and she was good at it. She never felt guilty about letting go every now and again.

She checked her phone again and let out a sigh. It upset her a little that Ezra hadn't gotten in touch... How did he even know she got home safe? She could be face down in a ditch somewhere. She shook the feelings from her head and stood up to go for a shower.

Ezra felt bad for not texting Evie but he knew she’d be all right she always seemed to me. He sighed and grabbed his phone, maybe he should just apologize. “Hey, I know I was a complete jackass last night and I’m sorry, I wanted to give you some space so I didn’t message you sooner. I knew you’d be okay.”

Ezra ran a hand through his hair as he te read the message before hitting send.
