Meredith sniffled as he explained the different types of magic, looking away to watch one of her tears grow to join the water bubble, her eyes widening a little in panic. "I-I don't know how to make it stop, Leo.. I-I can't make it stop." She frowned, burying her face in the crook of his neck as she clung to him. After a few minutes she managed to stop crying, but she was still clearly upset, and the water bubble they were in remained.

Jasper frowned a bit at her question, adjusting them a bit as he pulled her closer. "I'm not sure.. Likely the time we spent apart. Plus we were so young, and didn't know that we were bonded for so long. I just thought it was my love for you, but because you convinced yourself I wasn't real you managed to forget about it and ignore it as much as possible." He explained, running his fingers through her hair as he looked at her lovingly. "I'm just happy you're giving me the chance at all."

Leo held her trying to remember the little he had learned about water magic. "We don't we start by getting out of the water. It can stay right here while we look up some information on your magic." he chuckled. "I should have known you would get healing magic." he said and caressed her cheek. "My love, my infinitum." He kissed her hand. "Magic is connected to your emotions. So we have to change your emotions. It's hard I know but until you learn to control it even while emotional, controlling your emotions will be our only other option."

"Can we go back to that waterfall Jasper?" she asked wanting to live the experience again. If she was there in that spot perhaps they could find what was holding her back. She looked up at him feeling his hand stroking her hair gently and it made her heart ache. Meredith nodded a little at his suggestion to get out of the water, clinging to him as they moved out of the bubble, refusing to leave his arms after they were out. "Wh-What if I can't, though..? What if I can't control it, a-and someone gets hurt?" She asked anxiously, looking up at him worriedly. The last thing she wanted was to hurt someone or cause damage, especially when everyone already hated her.

"Of course we can. It might be different than you remember because of how small you are now, but I'll take you back sometime." He promised, fingers gently brushing over her wing as she trailed kisses up his chest and neck before he kissed her needily, tugging her close as he felt the bond pulling them closer together. Leo held Meredith in his arms as they stood in their room soaking wet the servants clapped and then slowly left the room. He kissed her head. "Let's get you dried up." he said and moved to the bathroom. "It's just water Meredith and you're not crying anymore so it shouldn't get any bigger. He smiled down at her. "I know you're worried but for just a moment don't think about the bad. Meredith you have powers." he said and smiled at her. "I know you wanted it and now you have it. It makes sense it would be water. Water is a healing element. All our healers are water born fae." he said and sat on the side of the tub with her. He slowly dried them off being careful as he dried her wings. He kissed her head and looked down into her eyes with passion before kissing her lips softly. He wanted her to embrace this for just a moment. He knew it would collapse when she started to feel better.

Emberly chuckled. "It's funny how I am smaller now that I am older." she said and then closed her eyes as his fingers brushed her wing. She shuttered feeling the motion in her gut. "Jasper." She bit her bottom lip and kissed him back. She looked up at him as he asked what she wanted now. Her eyes twinkled with humor. "You caress my wings and ask what I want?" she reached around him and ran her finger down his softly. "I don't understand how they can be so sensitive and yet so resilient." she said and sat up. She sat back on her knees looking down at him her wings blushing and beating quickly at what she was thinking now. Would it be too much? He said it could cause him to orgasm too soon. She asked softly as he mentioned how the healers of the kingdom were water faeries, thinking about it for a few moments before looking up at him. "Do you think I could be a healer?" She'd always wanted to help people, and figured that being a healer was one of the better ways to do so. As she began to relax a bit the water bubble in the other room began to move out of the windows before it broke apart, spilling onto the ground outside and leaving a few small puddles and droplets behind to show it had been there at all.

"It is." Jasper chuckled softly, smiling up at her mischievously as she spoke of him asking what she wanted while also stroking her wing. "Just curious." He murmured in defense, moving his hands away from her wings to rest on her hips. He shuddered when she stroked a finger down his wing however, his grip on her hips tightening. "They're special, have evolved over centuries to be strong but gentle. They carry us and are our most important features, yes, but if you are not careful it is easy for them to be destroyed. You must always be careful to keep them safe, Emberly. Our healers can restore and heal most injuries, but it is a rare case in which a fae's wings can be saved and restored to normal after an injury." He warned softly, sitting up to press a kiss to her lips. "I'll always protect you, though."

Leo grinned nodding at her question. He could see how the thought of being a healer excited her. She could have everything. "Of course you can. It might be a lot of work to get you started but I know you can do it." he said and he heard the water bubble drop. He grinned. He caressed her cheek. "You already have great control over your water magic we just need to teach you to speak and read our language. Then the healers can teach you the rest." he smiled. "It wont be hard once you know how to communicate with them." he said and smiled. "And I bet you will be the best healer we have ever seen." he said his fingers running through her hair drying the strands with his air magic. He leaned in and kissed her forehead. "Are you up for the challenge?" he asked her and looked down at her. He knew she could do it but he hoped that she could believe it too.

Emberly frowned softly remembering how hurt he had ben when she burned him. The healers had healed his wings perfectly but his face." she caressed the darker skin and leaned in kissing it softly. She sighed softly. As his lips met hers she kissed him back and ran her hands up his skin. As he leaned back she looked down at him and blushed. "When you touch my wings... I can't think of anything but how it would feel if..." her wings glowed with her blush that tinted her skin. She bit her lip. "If wings are tender enough that they make you needy... what would it be like if we tried to really," she looked at him again her wings beating quickly in her nerves. "Could we try... to..." she bit her lip hoping he understood what she was wanting to try.

Meredith nodded a little as he told her she'd be able to be a healer if she put in hard work and learned the language, wiping the last of her tears from her eyes as she leaned her head into his touch. "I'll try.. I've tried skimming through some of the books, but I haven't been able to figure it out.." She murmured softly, shutting her eyes as he dried her hair with his magic. She was exhausted, likely from using her magic for the first time, and just wanted to go to sleep. "Is.. Is it alright if I lay down now? I can clean up the room too, but I just feel so tired.."

Jasper held her close as she caressed and kissed his face, squeezing her in his arms, hoping to reassure her that she didn't believe that it was her fault or that he was angry with her for the scar. He returned her kisses, squeezing her again before smiling up at her as she spoke. His smile turned into a smirk after a bit as she continued, tugging her close and running a teasing finger along her wing. "Could we try to what, Emberly?" He asked, wanting to hear her say it.

"Learning a language is hard. It takes time. You will get it and I will help you." he said. Leo kissed her head and smiled. "Of course you can rest and don't worry about the room. The servants have that covered." he said and helped her out of her cloths and he stripped out of his own. He came back dressed and with a night dress for her. He helped her into it before gathering her in his arms and taking her to the other room so that she could rest and he could watch her just in case her dreams triggered her magic. Leo laid her in the bed. "Get some rest love. When you wake we'll talk more." he said hoping she was on the way to recovery from her darkness now.

Emberly looked at the smirk on his lips and pushed his shoulder not too hard but enough to show her frustration but as his finger ran over her wing she shivered and inhaled sharply. She let out a moan her eyes fluttering closed. "Jasper." she whispered his name needily her voice sounding like a song with her desire. Her eyes popped back open at his words. "Jasper!" she chide. Meredith blushed as he helped her out of her clothes, quickly grabbing a towel to cover herself while she waited for him to return with a nightgown, slipping it on quickly before he picked her up to carry her to a nearby bedroom. Once in bed she settled underneath the blankets, giving a little nod as he told her to rest before closing her eyes. She still felt miserable and like she was a disappointment, but at least now she'd have something to focus her attention on, and if she could gain control of her magic then she'd be able to be a healer if and when Leo came to his senses and got rid of her.

Jasper chuckled as she shoved and chided him, peppering kisses along her jaw. "I'm sorry, Emberly. But I want to hear you say it so I know it's what you want." He murmured, smirking and nodded at her request. "I can do that for you, Emberly. Do you want me to be inside of you too? Or just touching your wings?" Leo sat in the room going through the books trying to think of how best to teach her their language. He knew she wasn't all better magically. She needed to know that he wasn't going anywhere. It was hard for him to make her happy right now and yet also be the prince to his kingdom. Once they where married he hoped it would be easier. He ran his hand through his hair. It had to be the bond making this harder on Meredith. He felt it too but he had years of controlling his emotions and actions before this. Leo crawled into the bed when he heard Meredith wake. He caressed her arm as he laid behind her. "Do you want to talk about it now or are you still upset with me wanting to protect your virtue?" he asked her. He wished she would let him back into their room, that she would let him stay with her and not feel like he was ever going to leave her.

Emberly shook her head with a blush. "I just want to experience this with you before we add anything to it." she said and bit her lip. She shivered at his touch. "No I want you to do what feels right. I don't want to instruct you through it." she said and kissed him then leaned in and ran her hands up his back her fingers tracing where his skin met his wings. "I want to have full access to your wings so you wont be able to touch mine while I touch yours. So you want to go first or shall I?" she asked nervously. She wanted there to be something natural in this. It felt like something that should be done between them. She wondered if he felt it too.

Meredith shook her head a little as Leo came to lay behind her, tugging the blankets around her tighter as she curled in on herself. "There isn't anything to talk about.. I don't want to disappoint you anymore than I have already. I'm.. I'm sorry you bonded with me, Leo." She whispered softly, doing her best to keep her tears at bay so as not to let her magic or emotions get the best of her.

Even before you where Fae I wanted you and would have bonded to you if you decided to want to stay human. I don't know how that would have worked but I would have done it just to be a part of you." he said and frowned. "I feel like I have failed you and I keep failing you. Your sadness is my fault and I do not know how to fix it while still staying true to myself and my beliefs." he said. "I am not disappointed by you. I am exceedingly proud. You have accomplished unspeakable success in such a short time. The nobles love you and you will be the most amazing and kind princess." he grinned.

Emberly grinned as she kissed him back deeply her body morphing to his. She realized that this was the first time he was doing this. She was his first for something. The thought of it made her proud to be his bond. She still wondered why it was so special but she was hoping to find out. She slipped out of his lap and moved around behind him looking at his wings. She moved in close her hand running down the middle of his back her fingertips touching the base of his wings. His wings where cold like his magic and tasted like snow but felt like a snowflake landing on your lips solid then melting away. She was amazed with how much of him was here in his wings. It was like she was bonding to a new part of him, the fundamental part of him. Her fingers continued to stroke his wings her body pressing closer as the passion started to increase inside of her. Meredith nodded hesitantly at his question, snuggling closer. "Yes.. I felt like I couldn't breathe, a-and I thought.. I-I thought that you were the one controlling the water, or one of the maids, because you didn't want me anymore and that was the easiest way to get rid of me.." She admitted softly, clearly ashamed about having thought something like that. She knew that Leo would never harm her, but when she'd been in the bubble, she'd been so upset she'd allowed herself to think that, even if she knew it to not be true. She snuggled further into his arms as she tucked her face into his chest, hoping to melt into his embrace and get some much needed rest. "I'm sorry, Leo.."

"It was amazing." Jasper assured Emberly, tugging her into his lap as he pressed a loving kiss to her lips, tucking her hair away from her face as he smiled at her. She seemed nervous and anxious, and he was sure it was because she was nervous about him touching her wings, so he kept his hands at her waist while she kissed him and rested against him. "Do you still want me to return the favor? Or would you rather wait?" He asked, wanting to do what she was comfortable with.

Leo frowned as she spoke and he held her tighter. He kissed her head. "I never want to be rid of you Meredith. I love you." he said and rubbed her side gently. "You're my Infinitum. My eternity." he told her wishing she could believe that even if she didn't believe anything else. "Don't be sorry thank you for telling me how you feel. I want you to always tell me how you feel even if I wont like it. I want to share everything with you because you are worth it to me. I will take a 100 bad days for one of your good ones." he said and kissed her head softly.

Emberly grinned and snuggled into him and kissed him back. She felt the electricity of his fingertips against her skin. She looked up into his eyes as he asked what she wanted. She nodded slowly. "I want you to touch me Jasper." she spoke quietly her hands moving up his chest. She wanted his hands on her. His lips on her. She wanted to feel the electricity his touch brought. She remembered how it felt when his fingers would brush against her wings as he was putting the salve on her back. Emberly reached up caressing his cheek. She would try to control her magic as he did it too because he would be behind her near her wings. She knew her magic was undisciplined. She was still so new. She touched the necklace she never took off. She wanted him to be able to see when it was coming because she never wanted to hurt him again.
