"Thank you," Isabella said when the man came back with a beer for both of them. She took hers before leaning into Joel, smiling up at him as she did so. "Is this what you normally do then? Drive around, come back here and drink with your friends?"

Joel smiled softly, "pretty much, sometimes I work at the mechanic, or the parts store," he said lightly. He kept his arm around her, as he sipped his beer.

Isabella let out a small hum before she nodded to him. She lifted her drink up and took a long sip before setting it back down on the counter. "Sounds like fun,"

Joel gave a smile, "It pays the bills," he said softly. He sipped at his drink, hoping she wasn't second guessing everything

Lay a hand on his thigh, Isabella leaned over and pressed a gentle kiss against his cheek. As she pulled back, she smiled at him before finishing off her drink and setting it down on the counter.

Joel smiled relaxing, as she seemed comfortable. "So you want to stick around a little longer, or have me drop you home?" he asked her.
