Grant nodded, "it's fine, I don't mind, you do something else for me," he said softly. He kissed her, "after breakfast we're gonna go for a hike," he said.
@ A Drop On the Window Smiling at him she shook her head. "Well then I guess I'll go get ready then." She told him. Knowing that it wasn't going to take her long. But it'd give him a bit of time to himself to enjoy.
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri smiled drying her hair out as she walked to her room. It took her longer than she thought to dress, though she did take her time trying to dry her hair. Pulling on a pair of boots she smiled feeling ready for a hike. The clothing they'd bought might not have been something she'd normally wear. But she looked cute in it. Heading to the kitchen she wondered what he'd settled on for breakfast.
Grant had finished making them breakfast when, Aeri came out to the kitchen. He paused, "you look nice," he said softly. He smiled, "how does it feel, comfortable?" he asked her. He knew she wouldn't normally dress like that, but she really did look hot. He moved to put their food on plates, before walking to the table with them
@ A Drop On the Window "Thank you," she smiled at him, taking a seat at the table. Before looking down at the outfit. "It's surprisingly really comfortable. The shirt is really soft and breathable." She was surprised she liked it. "This looks great." She told his as he placed her food in front of her. "Thank you."
Grant smiled and nodded, "that's good, I'm glad," he said softly. He moved to his own seat, "I will look at going to get your bags, maybe next week, but no promises," he said softly.
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri smiled at him, "I'm not to worried about it." She told him honestly. "After all the things I own are nothing I'd be able to really wear and be comfortable here." She told him digging into her food. She moaned softly, "this is so good." She told him, covering her mouth.
Grant nodded lightly, "still I bet it would be nice to have your own phone and laptop back," he commented. He sat eating slowly thinking about which track to take her on today.
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri smiled brightly at his thoughtfulness. "Well as much as I'd like to spend time on my computer. Is there really good internet service out here?" She asked, she'd not bothered messing with the phone he'd given her.
Grants shook his head, "yeah no sorry, I haven't needed it, so I never sorted out a connection," he said lightly. He moved around to her side of the table, and put his hands on her shoulders, "I'll just go get ready for our hike," he said before kissing her cheek
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri shrugged, "its not a big deal." She told him smiling as he kissed her cheek. "I'll wash up. She told him. Watching as he left the room before cleaning up after them
Grant nodded, softly before he headed towards his room. He dressed in comfortable clothes for hiking, and tidied his hair. He then made his way outside towards where he was keeping his weapons. He prepared a handgun and a long gun, along with some ammo, just in case
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri was thankful that he'd not made a huge mess. It was rather quick work cleaning up. She then moved into the living room to wait on him. She didn't want to be a distraction to him. They'd been spending plenty of time in bed, so she knew it was best if they headed out for a bit and did something other than fucking.
Grant made his way back to the cabin, with the rifle hinges over his shoulder, and the pistol tucked into a hip holster. "Hey, are you all set?" He asked her as he stepped into the lounge.
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri jumped not realizing he'd came into the room. "Yeah," she chuckled at herself, before getting up. "Lets go." She told him excited to go out and do some kind of exercise.
Grant nodded, "okay awesome," he said lightly. He moved to the kitchen and grabbed a couple of bottles of water. "Lets get out there then," he said tossing one towards her.
@ A Drop On the Window Barely catching the water she playfully glared at him. "Thanks." She said before following him out the door. "So the gun, you think you'll need it?" She asked curious of what could possible warrant a riffle. Not that she was complaining she just wanted to know what all they could run into.
Grant shrugged, "I don't know, maybe, I'd rather have it and not need it, than the other way around," he told her. He led her around the cabin, and towards the treeline
@ A Drop On the Window Aeri rolled her eyes. "I know that, I'm just wondering what you could need it for." She told him. She was just trying to carry a conversation with him and not worry to much about her situation.
