    I adore doctor who...
And I believe that there are hundreds of planets like earth out there that can have life on them. Whether they will have the same intelligence levels as us I don't know. Perhaps they are more advanced.
I think that most humans like to think that they're special, that they're the strongest race by far, but I don't agree.
    Open mind, people, open mind...
And I've also heard too many stories of too many sightings, I really can't deny their existance.

My view on aliens is more religious than scientific.

I think its kind of naive to say we're the only ones out there.

I doubt God only made us on this planet... I think there might be a whole new universe somewhere that we will never get to, will never find and are not meant to find, where there are 'aliens'. They might be just like us... they might be one of God's experiments... who knows?

But I do not think there are other lifeforms in our universe.

    That's just my opinion/theory. =]

I think there are aliens and who knows if they are wherever they are calling us all aliens or wondering if life on other planets exist.

I believe in aliens because I had an extremely wierd experience to do with them.
I still can't get to sleep without one ounce of fear that it will happen again. : D

One night, in like.. september last year, I was having a nightmare and I went to this museum with my Grandma and Grandad. It looked like the leaning tower of piza but it had artwork hung up everywhere. It was really just some stairs. I was interested in one certain piece of art and my Grandad told me they were going. I said that I would catch them up. When I got outside this person in a long coat and a hat had his sleeve over his hand or.. his wrist. and he stood in front of me and said Give me a hand? then blood dripped out of his sleeve and he grabbed me by my jacket, he then dragged me towards this huge stereotypical UFO.
I slipped out of my jacket and ran to my Grandma and Grandad.
Then I woke up and opened my eyes. In my room the alien stood right next to my bed (it's a high one) and held out his hand and said Give me a hand? I screamed and woke up, then looked around and my curtains were blowing and my window was fully open. I had shut and locked it before I went to bed.

I don't know whether I dreamed it and opened it myself or what..
All I know is now I am scared shitless of my window and museums that look like the tower of piza. (:

    Opinions on my incident?

Hmm, I dunno actually cause it sounds like a dream to me yet why would your window be open like that when you were sure you had shut it?
Do you sleepwalk or perhaps it blew open with the wind.
I understand why you'd be so freaked out, I would!
I'd keep my eye out for the guy with blood dripping from his sleeve Wink

Ofcourse Aliens exist.... There are endless amounts of galaxies out there with even more planets and you think we are the only planet that can sustain life? Sure we have no proof... But we've only just learned how to use rockets to fly out into space and we can't even reach the end of the Milky Way without 100 years of space travel and maybe Aliens aren't so advanced as all you people seem to think, they could be on the exact same time line as us and even if they could master inter-galactic space travel what interest would they have with a doomed planet like Earth? :file:

^ You seem to have a very pessimistic and negative look on life.

    Earth may be doomed, but we won't be here when it flames out.. Live it up while you can. (;

Annnnnnnd, you aren't seriousely saying that the world thinks that Earth is the only planet out there.

Everyone who has atleast one brain cell knows we aren't the only galaxy or planet out there, you just have to listen to a space documentary to find that out.

Anyways... That guy believes in aliens.. Even though he sounds quite arrogant and annoying... I agree with him. ^^

    ( No offence.. )

We may be looking for proof of other intelligent beings, but I bet they've already found us and just keeping us in suspense for a few more centuries.

I agree with the "arrogant and annoying guy" three posts up. It really does shock me when people can honestly say they don't believe there are aliens. I mean, in such a huge universe, in which we are a tiny, miniscule civilisation, there just has to be someone out there. I'm not one to live in hope, and to wish there is something out there so I don't feel alone - I'm not very religious - but I feel anyone who refuses to believe something's out there is very naiive.

I don't believe they've contacted us yet. To be honest, I think they're too far away to get in contact with us, just in the same situation we're in. Everyone thinks they would have to be very much ahead of our time technology-wise, and I guess if aliens were to get here they would definitely have to be, but seeing as we have no positive proof they've been near Earth, I believe they're either at the same point or further behind on the maturity level as us.

Also don't believe in the stereotypical big eyes, green dudes. Although I have the sneaky suspicion that Area 51/2 (can never remember which one) could have happened. Not necessarily the story we all know, but something very similar and in a very different part of the world. My reasoning behind this is that the human mind can only stretch so far, we can't imagine things that we haven't seen or come in contact with. This is why no one can imagine a new colour; there could be one, the spectrum could reach past red but we don't know 'cause our minds can't come up with a new colour. It's physically impossible. So coming up with the stereotypical look of aliens we all know - the green skinny guys with large black eyes - would have been a bit of a stretch. Hoping to avoid sounding paranoid here, but I have a slight feeling they made contact but a part of the government kept it from us after the alien died or something. But then logic kicks in and tells me there's been no follow up to the one encounter, it was just a story. :XD

    Contradictory...

Well they do say the universe is gigantic. I think it's possible. I think it would be great. Or we could always create underground mutants and later claim they are aliens. :XD
