Atheists

I like, contradict myself sometimes. I don't believe in God, havent since 6th grade. But sometimes when I was in 8th grade I'd find myself mad at god or something, and then one day I realized something. You can't be mad at him and not believe in him at the same time. :XD

But now I officially don't believe in God, 'cause personally I find religion a bunch of shit, no offense to anyone.

I really don't want or like to intrude but why do you always have to make fun of other people's faith and believes?
Everyone would get all pissy if Christians for example would make jokes about Atheists, ohh I am sure everyone would. And they'd throw around big words and be mad. But you're doing it, offending and hurting people and everyone's just supposed to live with it.
I don't mean this thread or on Mibba but in general, stop making fun of believers. Please just stop, it's cruel. No-one has anything against what you choose believe, but please have some respect for what everyone else believes too.

I wasn't the one making fun of religion. I wouldn't get pissy if someone bashed on Atheism. I'd simply tell them why I think their wrong and if it got personal, then I would get pissy. There's a difference. :con:

I have nothing, absolutely nothing against anyone exhibiting their believes. Absolutely nothing. But stop mocking everyone else's, okay? It's childish and silly. Again I have nothing against anyone politely expressing their views on Christianity or saying they think it's not the right belief. But you should do it in a polite and respectful manner. I don't mock any religions and believes different from mine, I do expect everyone else not to mock mine.
And I do believe everyone has the right to have their own believes and be respected. It just sounds right and nondiscriminatory.

The videos I posted were from a comedic actor, so it wasn't ment to be taken seriously. I can get more when his poking fun at muslims/islams and other religions, too. So, why's it just Christians...? :shifty

I was referring to Christianity mostly because that is what I noticed on this thread, I do surely mean any kind of belief.
I as Christian don't mock Muslims or Buddhists. I believe in respecting each other's faith, please to so with all of them, not just the Christian one.

Most atheists/agnostics do respect religious people, unless the person takes it too far... from what I've seen anyway.

There are plenty of religious people who are against Atheism. But there are also plenty of non religious people against other religions and beliefs, it'll probably stay like that too. Just gotta live with it, I guess. Though it isn't right, but that's life.

Why isn't it right? You have the right to freedom of speech, you should be able to criticize things you don't believe in or support. You can respect someones beliefs and still criticize them. :think:

I think ridiculing Christianity is okay, as long as you aren't rubbing it right into a devoted Christian's face. We believe that Christianity is a joke, and you believe it isn't. :mrgreen: You can criticize all you want, if you want to. I'm always up for a good debate. :D
