I bought this pair of shorts once, not knowing that they were "for" guys. I was walking in the mall with my friends and then I see this guy with the same shorts as me. O.o
But anyway, I am pretty big on top so finding girls' shirts that don't make me look like a prostitute is kind of hard. Not all of my band shirts are boys' shirts, but some of them have high neck lines which is a little annoying because they're so itchy. Some of mine don't have that high of a neckline so I like that. :cute: I don't think guys could get away with wearing girls' clothes as much as girls can get away with wearing girls' clothes because of how tight fitting girls' clothes are.

What's wrong with guys wearing girls clothing? I think that's the biggest deal. Everyone has gotten over the fact that not all girls are 'young ladies' and that they want to wear men's clothing. The real issue that we have in society is that people cannot accept transvestites - male ones at that.

I prefer wearing girls clothing, but at JayJays they have plenty of guys clothes that I get mixed up with girls' clothing and I'll buy it. xD

I steal my boyfriend's clothes. Well shirts, just because they're not as form-fitting as girl shirts. I mean yes, it's nice to look like a girl, but I want to be comfortable too!

I buy whatever I think looks pretty good from the guy and girl's ends of the store. I'm not bothered. I like dresses but I like a proper trouser suit all the more.

I like the freedom we girls have to do that ^

Poor guys are mainly restricted to their end of the store.

I went into the boys area today to find a shirt for my dad, and found an incredibly awesome spiderman shirt, along with a dozen or so cool printed tees.
It annoys me that guys shirts have better prints. And are usually cheaper, which is strange considering that there is probably more fabric, because they're larger shirts.

I love the longer sleeves, and the longer cut, and the fact that in guys sizes, I'm a small :con:

Most of the stuff I own is from the guy section in stores. Like right now I'm wearing a pair of shorts that are for boys.
But I don't care. I find them way more comfortable. Girls stuff are usually too tight and small, they suffocate me.
I've never really liked them... I guess it's because I've always been a tomboy. I used to steal my older brother's clothes when I was younger :P
But yeah, you can breathe in guy clothes! And usually they look way cooler too.
Like band merch for guys, the design looks way better than the ones for girls.
And most of the clothes for girls come in "girly" colors like pink, light blue and so on... colors I've never liked.

Though I hate the fact that girls wearing clothes for guys are accepted, but a guy can't wear girl clothes.

as a child, it's quite set that girls where pink and dresses or something that looks what we aretold is "girly" and boys where darker colours and trousers and more casual clothes that we are told are "boyish"
i love to wear "boys" clothing and "girls" clothing but seriously, when i'm a mother, i will let my children wear what they want.
pink or purple for a boy is fine and brown or blue for a girl is fine.
gender labelling clothes is just another way of showing our children that men and women should be different and that's wrong and same sex relationships are widely accepted so why not same sex clothes?
another thing that annoys me is the fact that girls can wear boys clothes but boys can't wear girls clothes! everyone says sexism is dead well sexism works two ways, it's not just saying boys are better than girls or girls can't wear trousers, not many people realise that it works both ways.
a girl can wear trousers without being insulted but heaven forbid a boy wears a skirt! it's really sickening that the world is so sexist!

I must say I'm partial to buying men's bandshirts and wearing them as dresses.

    Hooray for being 5"3.

If you think about it...it makes more sense for guys to wear skirts and for girls to wear pants. I mean, pants can seem a bit ..restricting?

I don't wear guy clothes except for my band tops, they are all for men and are far too big for me.
I prefer fitted clothes rather than baggy ones.

I find myself drooling at the clothes currently in TopMan... lol my friend Rachel was there with me and I was like "I wish I was a boy," and she gave me the weirdest look...

But I don't believe in 'boys' or 'girls' clothes, or anything else. I mean, I wear a lot of ties, waistcoats, braces and stuff that is traditionally male. I wear what I want.

Growing up I was a 'tomboy' and I wore my brothers old clothes and wore everything baggy... in the last year or so I've started doing stuff like wearing skirts and make-up and actually styling my hair... but in summary I think there's 'feminine' stuff and 'masculine' stuff and both of them are pretty fun. You don't have to be a girl to wear eyeliner, you don't have to be a boy to wear ties. That's my two cents :D

    I love guys clothes :cute:
    Only problems though;
1] the t-shirts have really high necks, and
2] the jeans have massive crotches.
    'Nuff said.

I wear heaps of guy's clothing. Mostly because shirts that I like are male-oriented - such as "nerdy"/"geeky" shirts and band shirts. (They also have a wider range.)
I also like baggier clothing, so I'll more often than not lounge around at home in my dad's hoodies and jackets. And I also wear skinny jeans because I find them comfy.

My mum has a real issue with it though, and wants me to wear more girly clothes. Such as skirts and dresses, and tighter shirts to show off my "figure". Haha, what figure, mum? I have no boobs and swimmers shoulders. Also brighter/coloured clothing. But that's not really my fault because we've just come out of winter and our winter stock was basically no colour. I don't mind though.
