Rats are so cute!

I had to rat-sit last week. I love 'em. I'm allergic, though ... when they crawl on me wherever their feet dig in long enough ends up red and raised. It sucks.

That happens to me too... I just wear sleeves around my boys, though.

I don't mind the redness and swelling ... it isn't that bad, but I didn't have enough aloe vera at the time. :tehe:

rats are freaking wonderful. So cute. Some of my family hate rodents ... I laugh, because I have two mice. I even have a friend that puts mice in his mouth for fun.

I just got a rat a week ago. It's half hairless, and half regular, so it's fur is super fine, but really fuzzy. I named her Peaches, she's so adorable.

Yay for rat lovers!! I have an eighteen month old boy named Raditz he's so beautiful and adorable. More people need to own rats! x

I really want a rat. But we don't have the room for a cage in my home.

I hate rats and mice. It's their tails.
When we were living in our old old house, we had a few mice that lived around the building.

I'd love to have a rat, but my mum won't let me. I think they're adorable, but then I just love rodents.

Haha, yep exactly =) I love DBZ so it was a toss up between naming him Raditz or Vegeta, but in the end I decided Raditz was a much nicer name.

He's so cute, sleeping right now. He's had a hard time the last couple of days with the heat we've been having. x

They're awfully nice pets. My boys are having their out time right now. Moose is eating some pizza and Elk is bouncing around on my bed.

I love unusual pets like rats. I think they're so much more fun than the usual cat or dog. I used to have fourteen guinea pigs, and I've also had rats, hamsters, salamanders, and several other "weird" pets, and I currently have two snakes: a garter snake and a python. :)

I actually had to give away my boys. I miss them, but they'll find a better home.

I've had three rats Oliver whom did not live long but gave me a great first experience.Then I had Freddy and Jason in my life last summer they've been such angles. Well a tragedy had happened this November and Jason died of a prefirated rectum. It's just Freddy but he's doing wonderful on his own and I'm giving him extra love over his loss.

My friend got a rat and named it after me ... except with the word "Little" in front of her name.

I want a rat so much! I rescued a baby one once from my dog who was trying to kill it, but it only lived for a few days. :(

I've never had any, but my friend used to have three: Chocolate, S'mores, and Waffle. One of them bit Chocolate, though, so we buried him in her front yard. I don't know what happened after I moved, though.

I do remember having scratches everywhere because of them, and putting them on the top of my head only for them to put their tails in my mouth. Very scaly.

I really want a rat, a la Willard. I think they're so cute.

The only problem is that I have a very grumpy cat who would probably try to eat that poor little Scabbers.

I've got a lovely rat named Consuela. She lives with my mom, 'cause my cat is a meany. My brother's got one named Impy.
I wore an apron with a big pocket when I took walks in elementary school that I kept my rat in. She'd peek out over the top watch :) Her name was Baylee. I was devastated when she died. Then I got another little girl named Bandit who died cause my grandpa tried to kill a fly in her cage with fly spray.. which kills rats as well as flies. Then there was Koko, who was very sick and died at a young age. Then I got an old momma rat who was fat named Baby Girl, and she died of old age. I had two when I was really young named Ductape and Morty and they were so big I used harnesses and cat collars to take them on walks. :) I grew up having rats my whole life.

My little Raditz is 27 months old now.

He was just diagnosed with micoplasma a couple of months ago, though. He'll be on Batryl and Cortisone for the rest of his life. I'm extremely attached and dedicated to him so he's doing really well.

He's sleeping on my bed under the blankets right now. Such a cutie pie.
