If it's a concert like Warped Tour, I wear shorts and a tee ALWAYS. 'Cause I'm bound to get sweaty and stuff....

A t-shirt or tank top, jeans and a belt to hold them up, converse and my Green Day hoodie because it's heavy enough to keep me warm but it's light enough that if it gets hot it won't really do anything except get nasty smelling. So I do a little of both...but no slip ons or skateshoes because I'm always afraid I'll lose them.

Jeans, t-shirt and a hoodie to keep me warm while queuing (it gets tied around my waist or put under the barrier during the show). My hair is really long, so I've learnt to tie it up (for the sake of others, if nothing else). If I wear make-up, it's only a little - waterproof also helps.

If you want to wear skirts/heels/excessive amounts of make-up, that's fine. Just don't be the girls in the second row whining about how the sweat is ruining your hair, or that your skirt is riding up. You're choosing to dress that way, knowing that you're going into a pit.

I don't care much about wearing band t-shirts to shows. I do, most of the time. Sometimes it's the band I'm going to see, other times it's not. If I'm going to see one of the support bands, I'll usually wear one of their shirts - just to show who I'm there to see.

If you want to bring a jacket but not carry it, get one of those drawstring bag made by Adidas, Nike, etc. They hold a suprising amount of stuff, and sure, you may look like an idiot carrying around a nerdy bag, but it's way worth it, trust me. Especially when it feels like it's a hundred degrees and you have nowhere to that hoodie you just bought/brought with you to keep warm in line.
And don't be one of those people who wears pants to summer festivals. Just don't. I've seen people get overheated in tank tops, and shorts.
And if you want to wear sneakers but are afraid of your feet hurting too much, get those gelly insoles they make and sell at Foot Locker and other shoe stores.

I try to kinda dress slightly different at concerts , something a little different but it's definitely important to think practically.

I usually wear a t-shirt , a cardigan , skirt, leggings , Converse and keep a hoodie in a messenger bag. If it get's too warm , I can take off the cardigan , if it gets too cold I can put on the hoodie =]

And you should definitely tie your hair up if it's long...and put on a hairband/headband.

I wear whatever. I just make sure it's nothing horribly expensive or that I'd cry if it got ripped.

Like I went to this brutal Texas is On Fire concert, and I wore nice jeans, tank top, a nice jacket, and flip-flops, haha. I really don't think about it much, which I sometimes regret.

I've worn boxers to Warped Tour. They were wicked awesome plaid and... Nobody knew they were boxers. I hope. If I wore my Batman boxers or something... Depends on the weather.

Usually for a shirt, I'll buy a plain one and write on it with sharpie. It's a good way to get what you want to say out there. It's a good way to meet people too!

I will never again wear my glasses in a pit. My first one and I get kicked in the face so many times. :XD

Its obvious when you go to a show to tell who dressed up trying to impress people and who came just to listen to the good music.
In the newest Seventeen magazine, they said that you should wear heels to a concert to give your legs added length.
    I thought, no thanks. :con:

Wow. I can't imagine going to any concert in heels. I'm on my feet the entire time and that's just not comfortable. Depending on where the concert is...if it's at a venue like Warped (outdoor thing) I'm usually in some denim - jeans or short - and a tee shirt or sleeveless shirt. If it's indoors, I wear some nice jeans and a tee-shirt. If I've got the band's t-shirt, I'd wear that.

I am basically one of those 'scene cunts' a lot of people talk about, so I basically get the rep of over doing the colors.

I wear a miniskirt or shortshorts, a pair of colored leggings, either colored flats with leg warmers or boots, a colorful shirt (none band) and a lot of necklaces. And don't forget big hair.

And depending on the venue, I wear nicer stuff at bigger venues. And my style is comfortable to me, so it doesn't matter.

Usually just a top and skinny jeans with my Vans or flat shoes, depending on how much I think I'd be jumping about and such.

It makes no sense to me, to not wear the shirt, you know? If you're seeing that band, why not just wear the shirt? Odd.
