Do The People We Write About Actually Have Accounts?

See, I saw this and I thought instead about how awful it would be if the people we complained about in the forums were members and found out we were talking about them. :/ Which would be awful! ...but I see what you mean about celebrities...

This has probably been mentioned, but Ryan Ross admitted that he contacted Pete Wentz through Live Journal and that's how they ended up getting signed to Decaydance.

I've actually never considered this before.

Ugh, this is Siriusly gonna stint my writing ability.

It seriously terrifies me, thinking of the Avenged guys reading the stuff I've written.
But it's not my fault they act so gay for each other!

If Avenged was lurking around on here I wouldn't know how to feel...half my stuff is about them. I mean I put a lot of thought into my work and I try not to make is too crazy...but if they ever read it. Ah I don't know. I would be embarrassed, but at the same time I would be happy 'cause some of my work isn't creepy at all. lol

That would be seriously cool if the superstars were Mibbians.

I would think they would be more than a little disturbed. I haven't read any stories with Avenged in them but the boys in MCR probably wouldn't be able to look at each other after reading some Of the stories.

This is why I write original stories.

I'd be mortified if any of them ever read what I write about this. I get scared because I'm friends with some of their really close friends and I get so scared that they'll find my writing. So I NEVER talk about mibba on Twitter...


I think it's possible any famous person could, though. True, they are busy, but they do have time off. They actually have plenty of time to creep internet sites. I know that Craig Mabbitt has seen some fanfiction before because he mentioned it in a interview and he said it creeps him out.

I think most people would be... flattered that people write about them, but quite creeped out about WHAT is written about them. I'll admit it myself, some fanfiction does go too far.

Black Veil Brides mentioned in an interview one time that it does flatter them when people role play them or write fanfiction about them, but sometimes things can go too far and it sometimes causes problems in their real lives.

So obviously, some people DO creep fanfiction...

This is part of why I'm creeped out by famous pairings nowadays. If I were famous and I happened to stumble across, say, Mibba, and found stories about me getting it on with another famous person; a band member or someone... I'd be more than disturbed.

Maybe it's all a conspiracy and everybody on Mibba is famous but me, and so I'm just at a site where all these celebs creep on each other's stories.

But this, like Rush said, is why I write original fiction. Plus, I don't really have any bizzare fantasies for celebs anyway. Except for my future marriage to Rupert Grint.

I personally wouldn't be extremely bothered by having my fanfiction read, mostly because I treat it like an OF, but I would feel bad for the people reading fanfiction about themselves in general.

I don't think anyone shouldn't write something because of the potential fear or embarrassment. You're supposed to write for yourself, not others. I really couldn't give less of a shit if Panic were to stumble across my most explicit gay sex stories about them. They're stories and if they can't accept that, then I'll lose respect for them as an artist before I'll stop writing it to save face.

It's a bit saddening, actually. He deserves more attention

This isn't a fanfiction note, but more of an OF note, because I often times put people I know in real life in my stories or make characters based off them, and it would be really weird if someone I hated read a story of mine with them in it... especially if violent things happened to them...

That would be soo cool (: But I have to admit if I were to ever become famous I would spend a lot of time reading stories that people posted of me and talking to people to see what they really thought of me (: (: (:
