A doctor could probably do it. They can remove tattoos, so why not scars? I can't see my mom being willing to spring for that though haha

No problem. I kind of get the whole scar thing. When I was a little kid I was super allergic to nickle, which is what a lot of belt buckles and and the buttons on jeans are made of. So I have scars from scratching at it, and scratch scars are really gross. Its pretty hard not to be worried about it, especially during like bathing suit season D:
