I can tell you right now that any guy who isn't talking to you for that long probably doesn't want to talk to you, so don't wait around. He's definitely not worth it. Just forget about him. What are you going to do if he talks to you on your anniversary? Forgive him for all that time and just let it go? No way. Don't let anyone treat you that way, it's totally uncalled for and you can do so much better.

As for your ex-boyfriend, I'd just stay away from him. It doesn't sound like he's making you happy, so why worry about it?

When I was 16 I dated this guy for seven months. He was a jerk near the end, and I broke up with him. We discovered that we're better best friends, and we still talk almost every day.

After him, I just stopped dating. I didn't look for guys to date, and I didn't worry about it. It took a few years, but eventually the right guy found me.

That'll happen for you, too.
