I'd actually have to start out by saying that there's not a single T&S album that I dislike, or a song that I dislike. (The evidence of that comes from my iPod, 183 songs and nearly 11 albums, I think). My favorite song at the moment, though, is either between On Directing or The First. My favorite album is definitely The Con because of it's innovative sound. I've gotten so many people to fall in love with T&S because of that album. It's just... different. And that's amazingly hard to find in the music industry.

Ack, sorry. Music fanatic. :P I'm gonna stop ranting now.
