  • Thank you for the massive comment you left on GWM. I feel the need to tell you that I replied to it...on the story comment thread of GWM. It's long, so I don't expect you to read it all especially after you stayed up until 5am to read GWM. But thanks for the dedication :)

  • I'm glad it helped!(: Sometimes people get mad whenever you like point out tiny errors in their stories, but if it's me I'd rather know about them. Anyways, can't wait until you update Winter Nights.! ^.^

  • Hey! And the spelling was fine. :)

The thing is, I'm not sure. I've heard "be wary of..." tales about posting the entire thing online. I feel that if I got in the top five, I would post the whole manuscript, because then maybe that would make the HarperCollins person read everything and give me a good overview. But really, I can't say for sure. I'm just worried, because I've spent so much time and put so much effort into this, I don't want to screw it up by doing some silly mistake (like posting the entire thing online when I possibly shouldn't). I'm not sure how literary agents/the publishing world looks upon details like that when sending out queries.

Haha, made me laugh, though, when you wrote "or is this the last chapter of SS&OE we see until it gets published?" The faith you have in my story is very heartwarming.

    Thanks!

  • AW, thanks so much for the wonderful comment on SuperHero! It really made me smile. :D

Haha, I knew I would get beef about Hero's name, but honestly, naming him John or Michael just wouldn't work, y'know? Hero fits. Plus, my mom calls my uncle Hero (for reasons I have yet to understand), so I'm quite used to it. ^__^

Hahahaha, I don't know a THING about physics. Everything in that story was Google'd or YouTube'd! xD You'd be surprised how many videos there are about chlorine bombs in Pepsi bottles. I also learned about electromagnetism and how to make a small electromagnet (although I never got a chance to use it in the story :( *sigh). Yeah.. I'm not really a genius xD Just know how to use the internet.

haha were you rlly already subscribed to "stories from the back of his motorcycle?? I looove that one too :) its soo original and well written and all around amazing :)
and yea The Devil's pawn is amaing lol did you check out a mistaken kiss? its finished but still its a good story!!

  • Thank you so much for the comment!! :D Ah, I love the well-thought out, meaningful comments like that.
Ahhhh... Yes, someone pointed out the lack of the Army's response to all that, but I keep forgetting to change it. Thanks for pointing it out!
The entire thing about him sending Elena to the HQ is on purpose. :) I'm glad you're thinking all that, because that's exactly how Elena feels. It'll all make sense in a chapter or two.
Haha, the bathroom thing.... Well, you'll be able to figure it out once you read the ending of the book. This entire story is riddled with secrets, sentences with double meaning, and foreshadowing that can only make sense once you've read the entire story and go back and reread it. It's like the Matrix. No matter how many times I watch that movie, I still uncover more hidden plot devices. @__@ Anyway, thanks again for the comment! I really appreciate it. :)

  • Well my favorite author on here (i've followed her since she was a quizilla girl) is Ms.Marauder http://member.mibba.com/25061/ I loove evrything by her, some of it is very out there though, and i here she's moved yet again to a different site, this time inkpop.com under the same user name. all of her stories on mibba are done except for mercury books so you can still read those and if you like her check her out on inkpop :)
Other individual stories I love are; http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=274205/ (the square root of friendship, which is a series)
    http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=363908/ (The Devil's Pawn)
http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=253532/ (Stories from the back of his motorcycle) amazing story
    http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=304090/ (superhero)
http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=384919/ (Stray, same author as superhero)
http://www.mibba.com/norule/get_story_link.php?story_id=297854/ (A mistaken Kiss, same author as The Devil's Pawn, this one is a finished story though)
http://stories.mibba.com/read/307588/Click/ (Click, also a series, buuut they are all just more partner stories and this one is the only one and the 2nd one are the only ones I've read they are the best)
http://stories.mibba.com/read/318346/This-War-Paint/ (This War Paint, same author as Stories from the back of his Motorcycle)
annnd finally http://stories.mibba.com/read/343529/It-Started-with-a-Bet/ (it started with a bet, also a series of partner stories, this is the first, and again I only read the first two, which i think are the best)
I also tend to stick to the same authors if i like thier stuff as you prolly noticed
alll of these are amazing, a lot are kind of cliche, annnd sorry so many I just couldnt stop once i started lol. I have tons of stories in my subscriptions buut only some i really keep up with anymore, and all of those are my top priorities plus a couple other ones lol. so any stories you think I would like?

  • hey,
you commented on my profile back in may regarding Nineteen's status. this is in fact the first time i've logged on in quite some time. i do appreciate constructive criticism when it comes to my writing. i've taken a lot of time to think it over and i've decided to continue it.
nineteen is my baby and it means so much to me. i hope you can understand and not be frustrated with me because of my absence.

  • Thanks! I'm actually going to put up an journal entry about why this getting updated so slowly :P I figure I owe the readers that much for my crappy authorness haha. And oh my gosh, I love project fiction! :P I used to be on Quizilla and I thought that writing cliche vampire stories was the best thing ever until I realized that my writing was actually getting wayyyy worse with each day on that site lol :P But I'm glad I found Mibba :P It's the best thing that could have happened to my writing :)
    /end random rambling

  • I write too, I just...i like to keep it to myself? I'm too shy to put it up on here and too...whats the word...i guess scattered to really stick to one story, I tend to jump around a lot. sooo I like to read other people's stories and help them with corrections or just encourage them :) I've found some A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. stories on here :) Summer Skies and Ocean Eyes is just one example :)
