Well, I know when I get those stiches, it means that I'm not breathing deep enough... maybe you're too tense... try relaxing a bit. If that doesn't help, do what I do...

If the stich is on the right side, everytime you step on the right foot, breathe in, then when you step to your left, hold it in, then release when you step back onto the right again. It works for me! :)

I KNOW!!! *jumps up and down*

Sometimes i'm no exactly sure why I write stuff.
I just put it in there and see if it makes sense.
Sometimes it doesn't and I rewrite.
Usually it does.
I love expressing myself this way.

Thankyou for your input on some of my poems.
I really didn't have reason behind writeing them.
Just worte my heart into a few lines of poetry.
I come to the realization that your almost exacly right.
When I read them after i worte them,they have reason and
can be defined.

the rule of three is that whatever you put out you get back three times. lets say if you did happen to put a hex on someone, its almost like karma it will come back around towards you three times

lol. never! thats terrible. im a light wiccan, i do not put hexes on people. theres a rule of three that i follow.

a wiccan is someone who practices in the magical arts, anyone can be a wiccan guys girls. grandmas, it just magic. i use my wiccan knowledge for good, the rule of three.
