I'm so jealous! I kind of worship the ground she walks on, and when I'm an adult, I'm going to become Meg Cabot's stalker. It's going to be awesome. We'll be best friends.

I saw your post on a journal talking about the dude who invented the toilet. You were close - his name was Crapper and he invented the sewer system with pipes. I think that's why I use crapper as slang for toilet. lol.

Hey! Thanks for your comment on my other article!
It feels so nice when people remember that its my opinion, and they respect that. A lot of the time I feel like shouting back that they're calling me a hypocrite, when they don't even read the article properly.
So yeah, thanks again.
You disagreed with me, but you worded it so nicely compared to everyone else.

Thanks for the comment on my Twilight article!
I did struggle to explain Meyer's writing style. It isn't particularly distinguished, but there is something about it that just keeps you hooked. I have never met a book to rival it. Maybe there is one, but I havn't found it yet.

Hello, I just got the comment that you left on my journal, and I really appreciate you sharing your views on what I've said without trying to change mine. That's a damn good quality to have, Sweetie.

What exactly is a GCSE?
I really don't know what other I can say than that I agree.
Let's say we're learning about jews in school.
They mention that they have Bar Mitzvahs when they're thirteen, but what is that? That, and all the stuff about ww2, is all I know about judaism. If that's what it's called.
It's annoying when they tell us partly about something, and don't bother to tell us what it means.
It's like, so little time so much to do (wow, totally Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen flashback here), so let's just say something about every religion and leave it their imagination!

Lol, agreed.
Pins... ah... it is strange, but never mind. Oh, and special ones are important! If you have special edition of anything they must be loved, :P

I totally agree with you.
I'm quite sick of hearing about Moses and the burning bush.
I was supposed to go to a catholic church, even though I'm a protestant, but I didn't. And for a while, I was happy about that, since I thought "Well, then I won't have to listen to christian stuff every single day", but well, the schoolbooks proved me wrong.
Since, as said, Norway is a christian country, we got this subject called, directly translated, Christianity, Religion and Lifestyle.
It's like, why's Christianity a term of it's own? Shouldn't that been put under the Religion part?
Now, they're trying to get a subject called Religion and Lifestyle, but the church flipped out about it. They go all "This is our culture, and we should learn about it."
Well, those who wanna learn about it, should be able too. Those who want to learn about the rest of the world, should be able to do that.
As you said, ignorance is the reason for abuse.
If people knew more about other religions, maybe they'd stop gloryfie them and start respecting christians a little more?
I'm glad to see someone who doesn't just prejudge everyone.
I know too many who does.
(that was one hell of a long comment:D)

finally someone that sees it my way.
there is no excuse to hate on a religion, no matter how much or little you know about it.
the thing is, we learn too little about other religions. Because Norway is a christian country, we basically get like 5 chapters in schoolbooks about Jesus, and two chapters about all the other religions. I personally would like to learn more about the other religions.

Ah doll, lucky, I've only really been to Florida and neighbouring states myself.
Yeah, the heat thing can be a downer, it's a bit too hot sometimes, if you know what I mean... and the sunshine is nice... but not conducive to keeping myself vampire-esque, :P
Disneyland is the best regardless of how old you are doll! I love it still... last I went to Disney was when I was at the one in Paris, but still, I get to act like a little kid and no-one bats an eyelid... plus there are rollercoasters!!! :D Shopping is difficult for me in Disney, it's all so... colourful. Nah, jk, I love shopping in Disney too, you can get so much stuff that you don't actually need, lol. That's the true "magic", how they get you to buy so much stuff that you don't actually need, :P

Of course not, you and I are the height of sophistication, lol
Meh, it can always be worse, I guess, it can always be worse.
I love the US, or what I've seen of it anyway, though I haven't been in a couple of years. My family used to go all the time when I was l'il, then less and less as I got older and they produced more and more children... O_o
Ah, I'm jealous of the pools over there too, and the weather to match... lol.
The thing I'm most looking forward to... (sadly) is Disneyland regardless of weather or pools, oh, and I intend to scout out the nearest Hot Topic and live there for two weeks, lmao.

My friends are always immature too... I never am, of course, ;)
Lessons.are.shit. It's a fact of life. I go to a sodding private school, I get double workload (we checked from other schools), extra long days and have to work so hard it's ridiculous. We all suffer doll.
Lol! You're going to the US of A too? Awesome, :) Ah, but California? I'm going to Florida... so, I don't know how far that is away from California.
Let me check... okay, other side of the country...lol

I know the feeling. My best mate plays drums (ie. smashing and violent and generally not so delicate), so I was hesitant about allowing him to have a go with my guitar, but he really wanted to, so I gave in... for a start, oh the agony of someone playing non-existant chords and strumming dodgy... I felt like snatching the guitar away, secondly, geez, it looks tough, but it's precious! Treat it nicely! O_O
My dad has yet to realise nothing will change... lol
I know, bored is an understatement as well... school just sucks, I want to go and chill all summer... working is crap. I mean, summer is perfect... I'm looking forward to it more than usual as well, 'cause I'm going to visit family in the US for a couple of weeks and stuff, (and I'll tell you a secret, also because while we're there, we're going to Disneyland! I haven't been in years, :P)
