I must agree with you there, although her voice to Fix You by Coldplay did get me a little weepy... My thoughts on the matter are that they probably put her through a lot of vocal coaching, and... jeez, honestly, she had it in the beginning on her own! She didn't need any of it because she's awesome..
And about the hair... she looks fabulous as a redhead, but not with the perfect perfect curls. I like her naturally crazy wavy hair better, haha!
Yaayy!!! I'm glad you do!! There's just a whole lot of cool... like.. random things on there, and -- well, you know. Haha.. sorry, I'm a little.. obsessed with this story, so... my bad, again. lol
But seriously, I've got her playing in the background right now, and I'm like.. addicted, holy cow. I've tracked down most of her other X factor songs in addition to her personal youtube channel and everything..
Congratulations, you've just contributed to the list of semi-serious crushes that I'll never meet... Yaayy, haha!! :D
Yay yay! I'm so glad you can see him!! :D But if you want something even more detailful and concrete for your little heady head, ;) I totally have a picture of him on the blog... And also in the character section of the story, come to think of it.... Jusssttt making sure you know it's there. Because I'm totally obsessed with blogging about this thing. Lol, my bad.

Oh my WORD she's lovely and adorable and everything and ohhhhhh. I don't really watch any of the performing/singing competition TV shows, so I don't often find out about these lovely people until someone tells me... but oh my, she's awesome! :) And she looks a bit of a surprising lot like Lára in some of her expressions...
But wow, oh wow, I just watched a video of her singing Fix You by Coldplay and I've got goosebumps!!!
Good, good! I'm glad you get what I mean. Lára is really fun so far. :) And thank you!
I'm really kind of excited this time around about breaking some of the stereotypes and not following the norm... The first example of that is rather glaring, I think... I mean.. Iceland? Really? Haha..
And then there's Jónsi, who I'm always ridiculously excited about... I mean, he's this gay guy whose fashion sense is completely just... nonexistent. And then he's got really weird taste, looks sort of odd with his lazy eye, and is really down to earth... So yeah. He's kind of helping me with the whole effeminate/lisp/flamboyant stereotype...
Ahh... little rant there. My bad, haha
Yeah, languages are great!! I must admit that I've slacked off on my German quite a bit in favor of Icelandic... but on the bright side, I can pronounce Eyjafjallajökull... :)
Ahh, that sucks.. :/ But then it does create an ideal environment for confusing people... ;)
