That's... kinda ridiculous. I mean, it's your life, and if you want to screw it up then you will, if you don't, then you won't...

    I guess.

    I don't know.

    I'm sorry. D:

    I've started working, so life is as crazy as ever, now! No more free summer, for me! It's get out of bed at four in the morning, drive an hour, work for eight, then drive home again. Yikes!

    Facebook is....it's interesting. xD I have two accounts. One is for people I know, and the other one I created recently for people I trust as well as people I've met online. ^^ Haven't been on that last one for a while, though. And I agree: stuff I have to say, but no one to say it to. I haven't seen the movie, though someone told me that the events that the movie portrays were exaggerated a lot. -shrugs- What did you think of it?

    I agree! The Lost Symbol was so boring! And the ambigrams from Angels and Demons were awesome. I think I copied those down, somewhere, just for fun. But I still love the alternate religion of the Da Vinci Code. =]

    I haven't read Time Travelor's Wife. I think I tried to watch it, once, but the movie channel it was on had the audio too low, and I gave up trying to understand it. But I've both read and watched My Sister's Keeper: awesome book! Intense movie. I swear, I almost cried, and I never cry!

    Summer, here, too! We're under heat warnings because of the high humidity. Gah. Flooding is scary; I think half the country is under flood warnings, here, as well. :\ (Psssst! I think the world is falling apart!!)

    Agreed. Rain is awesome. I like summer 'cause it's warm enough to dance in the rain. :)

    Anywho! I'm off to feed my horses, and then bed! Early to bed, early to rise. Gah.

    Yeah, I expected Barcelona to win back in April. I knew it was going to come to down to them and whatever other team could manage to cinch the spot for the final with them winning. There really wasn't competition for them this year. As much as I hate Wayne Rooney, he had a wonderful goal. After Pedro walked his goal in, I was disappointed because I wanted to see some really nice goals, not just "Yeah, we got a goal" goals so coming back from that, Rooney's first half equalizer was way better than Barcelona's first goal. Aw, not Paul Scholes. He's one of the shortest in the league. No, Neuer is going to Munich. He's staying in Germany. I think Manchester already closed the deal on David De Gea anyway. Now, Arsenal needs to invest in a goalkeeper. That's what I'm watching for this summer.

    I never followed the suggested revision schedule for exams. I'll revise how I want. Over-revising is actually terrible for you. You're more likely to get stressed out and remember less by overdoing it. I finished my exams yesterday and now I am officially on holiday until September, unless I failed and need to resit, but I don't think that's the case.

    Oh, no worries about the late comments. :) I understand. Sometimes I have stretches of time in which I don't answer anyone. Heh. I'm a little anti-social, sometimes. But it's okay! 'Cause I love hearing from people, and I love hearing from you, and when I finally do reply, my messages are usually HUGE. xD

    Ooooh, I know what you mean. The big test that we have to take in high school to get a score that universities will judge us for--the ACT--is mannnnny hours long, and the last section is science, and my brain was so fried by then that that was my worst score! Ah, well. Not planning on become a science major, anyway. xD

    Right! We're actually holding an extended Facebook conversation on my wall, right now. Erm, I have to get back to her, as well... >_> *been anti-social for half a week*

    OOOOH, Dan Brown is awesome. I love his scavenger hunts! It's hard to believe that Angels and Demons--that thick book--only took place over one night! That takes writing skill! And if I ever have to convert to Christianity, I'm converting to the Da Vinci Code's twist on it. xD It's so much more fun!

    I'll have to look those bands up. Everyone's been talking about them. I have another friend that has been sending me Rise Against songs, but I haven't listened to them real close. But it's on my To Do list! :D

    Anywho, life here has been interesting. My part of the country has been hit hard by tornados. A lot of cities have been torn apart and the death toll is HUGE. It's been a stressful few weeks, to say the least. We almost got hit, ourselves! A tornado almost touched down only a few miles from us, and according to our neighbors, who were out on their porch keeping an eye out, it was massive. That same night, the same storm produced a tornado that swept away over 200 houses. The following day, another tornado hit a city and caused over 100 deaths, and the search is still on for more bodies. Scary stuff. I hope we're done, but with our weather, who knows? D:

    Anyway, I hope life with you has been brilliant! Keep me posted, yeah? =]

    I know, I was agreeing. I'm a bit torn on him. I like him, but at the same time, I really can't even begin to explain what he thinks he's doing half the time. My friend's Polish so she told me how to pronounce his first and last name. The announcers and all that still don't uniformly pronounce his name correctly, especially his first name. That W is a V sound actually. I don't even watch Ligue 1 anymore. French football as a whole is kind of blah right now. Italy's so boring too. Serie A is like the most boring football on Sky Sports. No, I know what you mean about supporting a player, but not his bad behaviour. I generally feel the same way towards Jack Wilshere. Love love love the boy to death and how he plays, but I cannot support his attitude sometimes. He needs to chill out and not pick fights. Oh, that was against Africa I remember. I don't remember which country exactly, but he already had the yellow and then he got another for the elbow thing that he didn't even do and yeah, it was a disgrace on the ref's part, but you want to talk overdramatic, talk Nani. Nani does that shit all that time. I don't like it. That's one of the things I hate about the sport. Don't be a baby and cry about every little thing to get a foul you don't deserve a foul on.

    Okay, did you put this

    {USERNAME}

    {IMAGE}

    {INFO}

    About

    {ABOUT}

    I know the common problem is people don't see that there is a main and an about div and if you delete the closure to the main div that holds the info and image, everything else will get included inside the main. I'm just guessing that may have been the issue. Try that and tell me if it works for you then because it was working fine when I tested it.

    You don't have to tell me about long and pointless exams. I reluctantly sat all my GCSEs and A-levels back in the day. Uni exams are slightly less stressful because there is less of them, but at the same time, the ones you do have still suck.

    Arsenal does. They truly deserve to win something and they always start the season so strong and then fall off at the end. They undoubtedly probably play the most skilled football in the league as a whole, but there's just something wrong obviously. And Szczesny needs to not like tackle people because he worries me. He's going to get sent off one of these days and we don't have a backup keeper. Definitely, Henry's handball was one of those moments throughout the entire WC process that really showed we need technology. I think Vidic's handball this month was another one that needed technology. Football's the biggest sport in the world and it's behind the times that's why I really think FIFA needs to do something. Two running refs wouldn't hurt either so you can have one on each end of the field. Most sports do that where there's at least one on each half so like when breaks happen, the ref isn't missing action trying to sprint down the field with guys half their age.

    That's a really easy thing to do. In your HTML code, you just delete all the sections you don't want so you just leave your info and about section in the code and that's all that will show up. The about shouldn't shift now because I specified width and position in the CSS code. It should stay where it is. For the background, you don't need to repeat it to get full repeat. You can put your background image url in and if you don't specify any repeat, it will repeat automatically. Doing x and y will only give you once across the horizontal or once across the vertical access.

    I've been revising mostly because I have an exam this afternoon. It's nearly 12.30 though and I haven't even bothered dressing for the day yet. I'm not looking forward to sitting this one, but when I'm done with this, I only have one left on the first and then I'm done completely for the summer.

    How are you?

    The thing that bothers me with Sir Alex is his attitude. He talks down on competition and I don't really like that. I like managers who talk football, not talk smack. He's a great manager, but not a great sport. Yeah, Chelsea buys up the big names and the best players they can, but that doesn't make great football. Well, managers don't get sacked every season. Chelsea is one of the few in England that fires their manager every season they go without silverware, which I think is really harsh because sometimes you just don't cinch anything. Imagine if every team in the Premier League fired their manager when they went one season without winning. It's ridiculous. Six though and I'm ready to toss Wegner. I hate to agree with Fabregas, but that wouldn't fly in Spain. He would be fired. You can't finish top four every year and not win anything. It's insane at this point. I just don't like favouritism in matches because it kind of ruins it when it's just blatant and harmful to the other side. It happened so bad throughout all of Europe this year though with those refs, especially in UEFA, and you'd think with the Champions League and Europa they would really try to avoid that, but it was just horrendous to watch both this year.

    I had a look at it and found the problem. I'm going to PM you the code and what to do next. :)

    I just don't want Manchester to win because Sir Alex will be that much more of a douche next season and he'll spend the summer running his mouth off about other teams when he really should just be a graceful winner. He never is though. I like Hernandez a lot and I like Park. I like some Manchester players and some not so much. No one likes Chelsea and I can't take people who do seriously. My problem with Chelsea is the real lack of unity. You have your teams who play together and then there's Chelsea where it's just a bunch of guys on a field at the same time. Drogba's a total arse as well. Oh well, their manager is getting sacked now. They didn't win anything this season so he's out.

    The Arsenal v Man Utd was a good one. There was some clear favouritism I think, especially with the ref interrupting Arsenal forward play twice. He literally got in the way of the ball. No one also called Vidic's handball at the goal line either. I personally think Rooney needed a red instead of a yellow during that match as well. I think the whole reffing system in football needs an overhaul because they've done some pretty awful shit this season across the board for every team. No one went unscathed by the refs at some point this season and it wasn't just minor things either. They made some awful calls and missed major calls they should have made.

    The thread for the CSS tutorial is here
    http://www.mibba.com/forums/topic/139853/

    I think it's easy enough to follow. Or you could do an HTML based layout and create a lot of your own CSS for that.
