Thanks for the understanding. Sounds good to me though :) I hate red meat as well. XD It is a hard disease that's why I try to steer people from it, maybe someday I'll be better :) For now I'm just an example of how not to eat. XD

Thank you so much for the poem comment, it really means a lot to me. :) I actually have an eating disorder and it's hard for me to GAIN the weight. :/ Through recovery I've gotten a lot of nutritional education. I always fear for people trying to lose weight now. My best advice to you is to eat lots of fruit and protien, and small amounts throughout the day. :) No matter what I gurantee you're beautiful, don't be afraid to splurge on cookies and candy every once and a while :) haha totally just gushed sorry XD
