He didn't get the job [i]yet[/i] but he's calling them tomorrow, and they've said no to everyone so far, and the agent-lady said he's calm and that he'd be perfect for the job so here's hoping. He can either move to Michigan (which is closer, and my dad loves Michigan, we used to live there) and commute to and from Mississippi (it's for the same company, the headquarters is in Michigan, but they have a plant in Mississippi) or move directly to Mississippi and work there. But he still has to go for the interview, and if he gets the job, he's gonna let me go down there again in the summer to check out the area.

Psh, let's hope so. My dad applied for a job in Mississippi and if he gets it, I'll have to choose between moving with him or staying here with my mom [they're not divorcing; her job is amazing here and this opportunity is something he might never get, ergo - he moves, she doesn't] so I'll have to go down and check out the schools, so that's more stress on me if he gets the job, but I hope he does get it.
I know what you mean. I go back tomorrow and then two more days after that, and I'm really going to miss everyone. On the other hand, I'm glad because some people have been tangoing on my last nerves lately. Absolutely. I've had my worst and best moments in it, and going into high school, the pressure to succeed is on. I used to be able to fly through school without a care in the world because it didn't matter - now, I'm going to have to step it up to the point where I'm nearly drowning in it.
