I'm sorry, honey. I really am. Clearly he didn't see what he had going for him, so it's his loss entirely. You don't need him and you never did.
Don't listen to your gramma when she says stuff like that. She doesn't know what she's talking about.
Well, I'm staring college in January. My mom's unemployment has expired, and my dad's job might not last as long as they thought it would. And my birthday's in nine days. They got mad at me last night because I told them they didn't have to get me anything.

Well, I can't complain. My dad's definitely losing his job in two months, his truck needs fixing and there's something wrong with our bathtub faucet. Oh, and financial aid has been messing with me so it's preventing me from getting to college.
It sounds like a lot, and it is, but I'll be okay.
OH! And in 29 days, I'll be 19. And I read a one shot you wrote for my sweet sixteen ages ago. In it, I was turning 19. I got super smiley when I got to reading it over again. haha.
I'm really sorry about the drama stuff. And the boyfriend stuff. Honestly, from the outside looking in, I'm kinda glad I didn't date a lot. Sure, it felt like I was socially dying inside, but it was worth it. I left high school with very little attachment.

Yeah, it's annoying. Thankfully I'm meeting more people older than me, and it's getting so much better. They're nowhere near as dramatic and catty as the others.

Well, you'll get better at it. Maybe it'll just take some time. :]

Just girls being overly catty and stupid. I don't handle that very well, and I don't tolerate it from my friends. Hence drama. But, it's not a big deal. They'll grow up and get over it.

XD Lots of guys find shyness cute. At least, the guys around here seem to. I can't be too shy, though. I'm bad at being shy now that I've grown out of it. haha. I don't think I'm that pretty. haha.

I see. I've got a bit of drama in general going on, too. Nothing too serious, I don't think.

It was just a shock to me since I haven't really talked to this girl in ages, then she just pops out of nowhere and asks me to be her maid of honor. I was in my sister's wedding last year, but I wasn't the maid of honor. I'm just freaked that I'll be the old cliche "always a bridesmaid but never a bride". I don't want to be the crazed cat lady! But so far, my social skills are chalking up to that future.

What's going on?

I'm alright. I have to start college next semester because of financial aid messing up, but hopefully it'll get worked out. Other than that...nothing super eventful. Oh! I almost forgot! haha. I'm gonna be the maid of honor in a friend's wedding. We're getting the dresses Saturday. I'm kinda excited. I just hope the guy who escorts me isn't shorter than me. XD

Very much without a significant other. I had a "date" last night and it was a disaster. He only asked me to go to dinner with him so he could lamely disguise his obsession with a friend of ours. :\
Writing's been distracting me quite a bit.

Aw, thanks. :] I try, anyway. My dad told me I was a "good diffuser". I knew what he meant, but to me, there's more to being a counsellor than that. Eh. It's worth a shot.
Amusing when they're not stalking you, but stalking someone you don't like. In my eyes anyway. If they're stalking a friend of mine, it's almost like they're stalking me and I wanna punch them in the face and tell them to get a life before they lose the one they have.....
But I don't. That's mean and impossible. And illegal. I don't wanna kill anyone.

That would be AWESOME! I'm hopefully getting a double major in Psych and Communications. I wanna be a counsellor for teens. There aren't enough good ones out there, and I'm hoping to be a good one. :]
Ewwwww. Stalkers are no fun at all.

It's a local community college, but I'll probably transfer over to a different one. Maybe UTC or UTK, I dunno right now.
OHH! That's not technically that...shocking. I was thinking some other country across the Atlantic. haha. Well, I'm very happy for you!

Eh, I've seen some of the guys I'm going to college with, and believe me, it's not so great. haha. Some of the upperclassmen at college though...very swoonworthy. :]
Oh, so it's an online thing then? That's okay. A friend of mine did that. Where does he live, another country? The only accents I can think of are Yankee, Southern and Valley. ahha.
