Wow, that's a lot on your plate, sweetie. I'm sorry that you have to go through all that.
The friends thing: I wouldn't worry too much about it. I think lately, with the seasons changing and whatnot, everyone's acting funny. School year's almost over and lots of people are pushing themselves away from their friends. It's happening here, too.
And I would try to get help professionally from someone that has done the things you have or at least genuinely wants to help you. Maybe a pastor or youth minister that you know or a friend knows.
Seriously, even if those guys are overseas, at least you have the attention of some guys! I can't get a guy to give me a second glance, overseas or not.
