I'm not really sure what you mean, but do you mean the space between the picture and the border? or the space between the picture and the top of the page?

if it's the picture and the border space, in the story area tab, I usually add a 5px border.

if you mean the picture spacing from the top, then I just put the banner in the story area background image url, and I take change all the numbers to 0, except for the first one in the padding section. And I usually make the Margin 50px.

Ha, well my uncle took pictures of the accident so they can't come back trying to sue or whatever.

I didn't see anything wrong with it. I only hit the left handed corner of it and she decided to get it towed, but my whole bumper came off.

She kind of seemed mad at first, but I was in such a panic I didn't really pay attention. She only asked if I was okay when she called the police and he asked if I was okay, then she asked again after the paramedics and police left.
