I'm happy I did so. It's alot to take in, it's severly hard to tell yourself positive things when all you know is negativity. I've been down that path. I just recently got out of it a couple months ago. I have my dark passenger who pushes & pulls; it may be a huge battle to win; but it's worth it if the prize is happiness. It's hard to look past the past, to smile at yourself in the mirror. Trust me. I know. It will get better.
