Some diet plans

I've started ordering water in light of ordering soda when I go out to eat. I hear from people that makes them lose a couple of pounds, but nothing too extreme! Week 2

We went to the gym every day last week except the weekend. I found that running and walking in intervals is easiest. I spotted Cori on the bench press and she did the bar very easily. I think she is much stronger then she puts on. Jarred is doing so much weight that i think he is going to cause more harm then good to his body. I used the machines but 120 was a good steady weight for my strength...
