Hm. Well the last book I really good a good read through was 'Interpreter of Maladies" by Jhumpa Lahiri. It's an amazing collection of short stories about Indian people in all different situations. Very eye-opening. I would have to say that I do love Shakespeare and things along those lines but... my favorite book I've ever read would have to be 'Into the Wild' by Jon Krakaur. (I think I spelled his last name wrong)

I'm actually an English Education major, so I'm sure I'll have new favorite books all the time.

Honestly I haven't read very much, just random things here and there. My interest for finding good literature has just recently sparked. I've been wanting to find something wonderful to read, but I'm having trouble choosing where to start.
Any suggestions on what to begin with?
