Haven't started packing anything yet. I've been good though. Just had a job interview this morning and then my boo got out of work early, so it's been a good day. Plus, my sister's talking about flying me back home for a few days as a birthday present to herself, so that's exciting. :)

I'm totally jealous that you're starting school soon. I need to get down to the school to make an appointment with admissions to see about enrolling for winter courses. My butt needs to be back in a classroom so bad!!

Of course we're keeping his name for the upcoming chapters! On Mibba Love Among the Pizza Boxes and Love Among the Coffee Beans are going to stay exactly as they are. It's just that the document we wrote them/are writing in originally are going to have changed names. So, no worries. And it's just so weird to change Riku to Micah because it's like an imposter walked in and stole Shayla from Riku with his same awkward tactics. Kinda sad, really....

Ahhhhh, no. I mean that he has model airplanes that don't fly and real airplanes that do fly. Haha, sorry. I wasn't making much sense. :)

I shall indeed! I love writing that story... :3 Right now we're revising and changing certain events and some names so it's not a fanfiction anymore in hopes that we can publish it. It's so weird because now Riku's name is Micah. It throws me off big time.

Yeah. He builds the ones from kits, but the ones he has don't actually fly. He has bigger models for that. And by bigger models, I mean actual airplanes. He's an airplane junkie.

Oh, thank you. It sucks that your iPod got taken away though. But I suppose it's back in action now. Samus and I are gonna be having a mega-sleepover in the near future while my step dad's at a model airplane convention, so I'm hoping we'll be writing some more LACB. She's been in more of a 'Chex Mix' mode lately rather than 'Riku' mode, so we haven't been writing too much of that. But we will soon!

October 1st. I'm excited, though at the same time not looking forward to it. It's going to be hell getting everything out of this apartment and into that one. We live on the third floor...

So I ended up on my comments page today and realized, the comment I had meant to leave on your page in response to yours... well, I left it on mine. Cuz I'm smart like that. so here's your very delayed response, haha:

We're leaving our current apartments because we're unhappy here. Rent is high and the management and maintenance teams are kind of blah. We're not getting what we're paying for. And we've had several major issues with the place due to the lack of assistance provided by both the management and maintenance crews.

Already, this new apartment complex has proven themselves as dedicated to us by touching base with us after we came in to see the apartments by sending us an email, then sending us a card as well, and after we turned in the application she called us to go over specifics. Then, when I turned in the deposit on it she told me other people had been inquiring about the apartment and were ready to put a deposit on it, but she held it for us because we were there first, which doesn't typically happen.

yeah =D it symbolizes that good things will always come, no matter how long the wait.

Oh we already have furniture and such, we live in an apartment now and are just looking to move elsewhere. This one doesn't quite please us and is a bit overpriced for our taste...

That snow thing still baffles me... I spent a summer in Alaska for pete's sakes and I'm amazed by this... o.O

And I could never do that... not tech-savvy enough. Went to go get a new phone the other day and was completely and utterly confused on how to use the blue tooth to transfer info over since the guy was too lazy to do it for me... I was soo peeved with him. So my hubby took care of it for me, haha.

And I'm looking to teach high school level English and possibly creative writing. :)
