Glad you noticed, and yes guys can get it.
It's just made up of the cells in that area, though it's very rare that it actually happens, in males that is.
Also, I hate lumpy oatmeal, but love lumpy quesadillas.

I'm not a very normal person.

Well, I found it necessary.
It's important to check your nip nip's every month or so, that way you can make sure you don't have breast cancer!
Lumps are only okay in your oatmeal!
