Hahaha. Oh, gosh.
And yay! :D
And okie dokie. :) Bye!February 27th, 2011 at 06:13am -
I definitely will. Ha-ha. But I'm kind of hoping that I don't get scarred...being scarred is hard to overcome. :p
Mhm. It was so weird. I just squinted my eyes and was like, "Holy crap..." So I turned to my friend and told her, and she was like, "Oh my God, yeah!" Then, ten minutes later, "Hey, Kate, doesn't Romeo look like Zac Efron?" "NO, DUH, AMY!" Ha-ha. Fun times...
:o He must be pretty awesome! Ha-ha. And when you listen to the music/watch the movies...keep me updated. :) Ha-ha.February 27th, 2011 at 06:08am -
I just hope that my teacher would be cool with it...though it probably would if I cried...'cause I just might. Ha-ha.
And nooo. He was in the newer one, am I right? We watched one from the sixties, which made it even trippier. Ha-ha.
And ahhhh! You should listen to the music and watch some movies! Totally beastly decade. :D And The Beatles are genius. Ha-ha.February 27th, 2011 at 05:57am -
Thank ya. Ha-ha. Truthfully, if I get scarred reading it, I'm giving it back to my teacher and being like, "Yeah...I'm too innocent to read this..."
And we watched a Romeo and Juliet movie, and the guy looked just like Zac Efron. So weird.
Yeah, that's so true. Last year's English class was almost unbearable because I disliked every single book that we read. The only highlights were that my teacher referenced The Beatles twice. Ha-ha.February 27th, 2011 at 05:47am -
I'm just going to try not to get mentally scarred for life. Ha-ha. I'm shuddering just thinking about it.
And I actually read Romeo and Juliet and didn't think it was too great. Julius Caesar was alright, but I did have my current teacher while we read that, and he explained it perfectly, since he still talks like he's a teenager, even though he's almost thirty.
I hope that you start to read some good books soon! It's so much harder to get through English class if the books are awful.February 27th, 2011 at 05:28am -
I have a pretty good memory, too, but I've learned that the teacher needs to be very good in order for me to like learning it.
AND I READ THE GIVER! In eighth grade! :o I liked that book, but the ending was awful... And I know what you mean about being a fast reader. Also in eighth grade, I read The Outsiders (dunno if you've read it) in one night, and I LOVED IT, so I read it, like, three or four times before the rest of the class finished. Not that I cared. :) Ha-ha. God, I was obsessed. I still kinda am.
And we just finished this absolutely dreadful book called Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe. I really, really disliked it. Better than The Odyssey (had to read that last year), but I still didn't like it. Next, we're going to be reading The Bluest Eye, which my teacher said has a father-daughter rape scene that's described for five pages.
...Not sure how I'm going to make it through that one. :/February 27th, 2011 at 05:17am -
I do really like Spanish. I'm glad that I take it. I used to be in love with it when I had my teacher for eighth grade, but my teacher that I've had last and this year, while she is probably one of the absolute sweetest women in the world, doesn't teach very well, and I don't comprehend a lot anymore, when I used to learn things like that *snap*.
What kinds of books are you reading for English?February 27th, 2011 at 05:01am -
That's good that you're petitioning! Good luck with that. :D And holy crap...Japanese?! They only offer French and Spanish at my school... Wow.
And my favorite subject would probably be English. I love my teacher, he's hilarious and kind of a dope, but he's smart at the same time. It's weird. But yeah, he makes even the stupidest and hard to understand books make sense, which is awesome. :DFebruary 27th, 2011 at 04:55am -
Serves her right then, spreading crap around.
And ah...alright. Yeah, I'm in the advanced class, too, just because I had a single good year in math. I'm not really complaining, it's just that, a lot of the time, I feel I don't belong because I have some issues doing some simple addition in my head at times. Ha-ha.February 27th, 2011 at 04:43am -
Ugh...I hate drama. I'm lucky that I don't have to deal with too much of it. And if I should be going through it, I just kind of ignore it...which isn't always the best, but it's easiest. Ha-ha.
And I really don't like math... What kind of math class are you in? Like, the subject. I'm in algebra II.February 27th, 2011 at 04:32am -
Ick. Sorry. Ha-ha. I'm bad at explaining things.
And it's alright. I don't enjoy it at all...and that reminds me that I have a biology article due Tuesday...crap. :p Stupid biology.
Anyway, even though I hate school, I'm actually pretty good at it. How's your school going?February 27th, 2011 at 04:22am
i seriously hope they dont cast someone girly and blond (no offense to blondes) for Katniss! that would suck!
and haha yeah i cant do my homework without music. then i end up getting a bad grade or lose concentration..
