No problem XD
I read that girl's meme, everything went blank in a livid rage.
Yup, J.K. are her first two initials, she used them instead of her full name though, since a reader really wouldn't be able to discern her gender because of that.
What further defeated this girl's arguement was how she set Stephanie Meyer on a pedestal. Completely flawless... I think not. Grammatical errors just mirror this. Oh wow, I wanted to give her a strongly worded comment... but it appears everyone beat me to it. XDNovember 1st, 2011 at 02:55am -
Funny thing, I had this exact same conversation with my mom, except it was because my teacher was bad-mouthing Twilight which, really, I didn't care all that much but it just never makes sense to me how people can call books like that horrible. Like, books that have movies and are world-known. I mean, clearly they did something right so I really don't feel justified since I don't have a published book with a movie. But that's me. The fandom for both books, in my opinion, is insane. I'd kill for that type of adoration, so I can't bad mouth either (wouldn't want to, anyway)
And the thing is, like I'd live in Arizona because it's dry heat but I could never live in Florida where its hot and HUMID. I'd feel gross all the time >.< And yeah, the only good thing about snowstorms are snowdays, but then you're cutting into the summer which isn't good lolNovember 1st, 2011 at 02:53am -
I wouldn't take what the girl said personally, I guess the old saying goes "Haters make you famous" like that girl... Jessica Black? XD I don't even know. Again, I try to ignore it all lol
I hate snowstorms =.= I don't understand why we're getting them when it's still autumn, and it's quite a nuisance, really. The first chance I get, I'm nabbing a one-way ticked to Arizona or some place warm where snow is nonexistent. That's my master plan :)November 1st, 2011 at 02:34am -
On a light note, I laughed at the fact that she put Jenn Aniston's picture as opposed to J.K Rowling. But yes, I do agree with you there; her facts were a bit... screwy? I doubt she actually read the books, and is making assumptions.
And Halloween was postponed because we had a major snowstorm and all the powerlines were like Fourth of July. More than half of my town is out of power, and O haven't been in school since Thursday. Most New England towns were hit real bad, and have to postpone it for safety reasons :(November 1st, 2011 at 02:09am -
Haha, thanks! I'm sure she'll be super excited!:)November 1st, 2011 at 02:03am

Ah, see, I want to do the same. My best friends majoring in accounting, and I don't know what I want to remajor in, haha. However, I want to open a coffee house (old school, beatnick style), like in the movies. That or I want to open a homey book store, like in the movies rather than some place like Books a Million or Barnes and Noble. Blegh.October 16th, 2011 at 12:40am
