I must confess that's the best thing about astronomy, the pretty pictures of star clusters, nebulas etc. I've been alright thanks, loving uni at the moment. What about you? How's your art going?

I'm currently starting Chapter 29 so I'm interested to know what's supposed to happen in these next few chapters. I'm a bit iffy about this town council. I mean, they've rendered themselves in charge, they can do so much damage.

Plus, I'm so involved with the characters, I can't help but think, 'Surely, they can't go through much else...'

I honestly think, in that whole situation, I'd be the first to commit suicide. I mean, the process of that illness? All that pain? And even witnessing it! Yeah, I'd be scared shitless.
But then, as a survivor of the virus... I'd be more afraid to take my own life. I'd lose myself in self-pity, sadness, fear... but then, I know I'd succumb to my needs; Eating, sleeping, etc. I'd have to. I wouldn't have a purpose but I'd walk, just for the sake of something to do.

    What about you?

So, yeah, anyways. I'm so hooked on this story that I can't tell what situation happened in what chapter. If you asked me questions about a particular part, I could probably tell you how I felt as I read it. But, other than that, it'll be useless trying to remember. ;)

Trust me, I'm definitely loving it. I'm absolutely hooked.
I've never read a story like this (apart from not-so similar zombie stories but they don't even come close to this. I'd rather not make the connection, to be honest) and it's definitely making me think.
You see, I'm one of these freaky people that randomly sit and think about how the human race is going to die out and become extinct. I mean, other creatures have... what makes us any different? It could be a killer virus - we've had quite a few scares already, or just simply global warming.
I'm probably over-thinking everything and that some of what I mentioned wasn't your intention at all.
I just really love these types of stories; There's so much realism to it... which means I can't help but cry. I hope others have cried otherwise I'm going to look PRETTY stupid. ;)
But, seriously, you need to get this published... or made into a film! God, that'll be awesome.
Sorry, these comments are really long. Better stop before I REALLY embarrass myself. Haha.

I read your journal sorry I didn't leave a comment there but I think it's crappy your ex treated you that way and turned it around to basically be your fault. You definitely should keep your head up you seem the only mature one in this situation good luck :)

Oh god, I'm only up to chapter 8 and I'm crying my eyes out. I'm not sure if it's the fact that you seem to catch the emotions of the characters and the details of the situation perfectly or if it's because, in my mind, I'm thinking... this could actually happen.
I mean, we've had mild scares but what's to say something much worse is coming our way?
Wow... anyways. You're an amazing writer and if you're in doubt, at any time, I say don't be. I'm crying for christ sake. That's a feat within itself.
So, yeah, thought I'd let you know before I go to bed and continue this genius, that is your story, tomorrow.

I know. They peeve me off soooo much. On NZ's music channels; that's basically what it's made up of. 3 songs by ONE person/band that isn't all that great, then one song, the most recent by a band like My Chemical Romance or Paramore. And with mcr, lately, they've not been playing stuff for long. Like, I think they only played Desolation Row for a couple of weeks.
Wow. Haha. I can barely keep up with two different people, let alone nine.

Nah, I'm not somebody who would willingly go to a party. I tend to find them awkward and I feel that there's very rarely good music played. And it was just normal in my household. Except there was leftovers from Christmas. I heard the fireworks my neighbours let off at midnight though. And the cheering of a New Year. I almost laughed out loud.
How about you? Did you do anything?
