No problem. For layout choices they give you pre made ones. Go to My Mibba and scroll down the orange bars till you see the one labeled Profile. Under Profile on there click CSS scroll down a bit and it should say Pre-made Layouts. Click it. The choose the one you want, hit install and wha-lah.

For about, under Profile as well if you click it and type what you want it should appear as long as you hit the submit button when your done :)
