I'm not saying that I hate other Jon stories or other authors versions of him, I just that your version is refreshing to read. In your story he's real and authentic with his actions and emotions and thoughts. He isn't all put together, happy all the time, captain serious, getting along with everyone. He's not perfect and has flaws. He's not the usual Jon that people would write. His ex is his fuck buddy and he still hates an old teammate; most authors wouldn't have Jon act like that and it's new and inventive. I think that because you aren't a huge fan I him that you are able to write him from a different perspective and angle which is perfect. You aren't influenced by the looks or attitude so your writing of him is more authentically your Jon. absolutely love his story and its only 3 chapters so far. I can't believe you had writers block because this is amazing and I can't wait to read the next chapter.

Thanks for your comments on my Toews story! I am curious though how exactly is it different than other Toews stories? I have read some but not all of them out there. To be honest, I'm not exactly a Toews fan. For some reason, Toews irritates me sometimes (I thought he acted poorly in the last playoffs) and then there is so much Hawks love and media coverage and fanfics, that it can be a turn off. But I LOVE my version of Jonathan Toews, so it's all good:)

I love reading it and can't wait for an update. Was waiting for one after the crash yesterday. I hope he feels bd when he finds out that while he was bashing her character, she was fighting for her life.

It took me about 4 or 5 days of on and off reading when I wasn't busy. I absolutely love your story and will probably make it into a word document, change it into a PDF so I can read it all the time. It will take time because it's such a wonderfully long story but it would be worth it to be able to read it any time. So excited to read the update!

Because I know I've got a tendency to write some rather lengthy chapters.
