Yup this is the first. She had him yesterday. He's BEAUTIFUL! He was 7 lbs. 14 ounces and he's 19 inches long.

Actually, she DIDN'T have the baby. The induction didn't work. They induced her again this morning, but I don't think it's working again. She might end up having a C-Section. But either today or tomorrow I should be an auntie!
