I've never met any of the ATL boys but I have 2 degrees of them all over the place. Obviously through FNB because they're on Alex's label as well as FBR, my friend's brother went to Dulaney with Jack, Alex, and Rian, and my friend is a drummer and filled in for Rian when he couldn't make a few shows on the AP tour last year. I almost met Rian last weekend at my friend's band's show but he had to bail when the 'sea of recognition' kicked in and it was before the end of the set. it sucked.

It's funny, I didn't actually know who ATL were (embarassing for a Baltimore girl, I know) until my first Friday Night Boys show at Ram's Head in September. They were playing with Angels and Airwaves and we were talking to someone who was like 'Alex Gaskarth is supposed to be here tonight' and I was like 'um who?' so she explained everything for me and then like 15 minutes later I look over at the FNB merch table that was maybe 3 feet away from me and there was Alex Gaskarth. First time I ever saw him.

I love Cobra! I was supposed to see them the last time they were here but my friend got sick :-( I hope Gabe gets better soon so I can finally see them.
