Did you ever finish that one shot about your dream?

At first I was all annoyed that they'd taken my sentence...and then I realized it's kind of in the bible so I'm not all that original, hahaha.

I've had the idea for The Wicked loooong before the Cage the Elephant song came out. However, I do think the song is pretty awesome!

just in case you didn't see my comment on my journal "shot down" does not mean to be shot with a gun, it means to be rejected/denied for some reason, i don't think you can press charges for that

I suck at small talk, but willing to give it a shot.

My friend gave me an old laptop of his, in return for some gas money and dinner, on occasion. He left all his customized features, and all the programs he had. I'm going to be spending about a week putting in my own settings, features, and transferring files. I'll spend another week 'oohing' and 'aahing' over how great things that were already on here are...
And a little over three months feeling guilty about my own (older) laptop. She isn't broken, and still runs fine - but she's being replaced. I'm enough of a geek that I feel like I'm cheating on a girlfriend, or something.
Yeahh, I'm getting excited and depressed over relatively weird things. *shrug*

So, anyway... how's life and such?
