yay! I know. Nate is adorable.
And the first time I saw NSN! was at this small club when they weren't very popular yet. It was in Madison, Wisconsin.
And they were really cool.
They all came out into the crowd during the other bands, and talked to people afterward and stuff.
And no fangirls were freaking the hell out about Christofer being there. Well, not a lot, at least.
It was beautiful.
And I actually got to talk to him for a good fourty five minutes. We went outside and smoked cigarettes out on the playground outside the venue (it's called The Loft. It's like part of a community center, so there's this awesome playground outside of the actual building).
And I always get a chance to talk to him, at least for a little bit.
And I've seen them 9 times since then.
Haha.
Last time I saw him, was in Grand Rapid, MI (me and my friend drove there just so we could see The Shout!) and I made this awesome Octopus that said "NeverShoutNever!" on one of it's tentacles.
So he was walking past the line with his harmonica and he guitar, and I yelled out to him and he looked, and came over and was like "Shit, I didn't expect you to be here. You drive all the way here?" And I was like "YEPP! I made you this Octopus, and there was no way I was waiting until fall to give it to you. And you have to share with the rest of the band, because I didn't have enough fabric to make one for each of you."
Haha. We named the octopus Gregory.
He told me it was the new NSN! Mascot.
